And also very much against the rules regarding physical contact with guests!!! I'm surprised the Gaston wasn't reprimanded or terminated for that (well, as far as we know)! Characters are allowed to remain in character, but that's pushing it a bit too far. Even if it's just a closed-mouth kiss that lasted less than a half-second, mouth-to-mouth kissing onstage between a castmember and a guest is very strongly frowned upon for many reasons. Backstage is another story. ;)

Anyway, there's a somewhat similar thread, though it covers the more broad topic of castmembers (instead of this one, which is castmembers-who-are-characters).

On our last trip to Disney World in 2007, my second oldest son got picked to be on stage at the Hoop Dee Doo Revue, and of course got the cool Magic Moment certificate and photos. My oldest son was a little jealous, but on the last day of our trip we were shopping in a store in Tomorrowland. It was just me and him, and the store was pretty empty. The cast member at the cash register was talking to us about our trip, and when we told him it was our last day he asked my oldest son if he had had any magic moments. When my son said no, he gave him a free year of a million dreams lanyard and pin set and a magic moment certificate. It TOTALLY made my son's last day and I will never forget the thoughtfulness of that cast member. I immediately went to my husband and said "That's why we come to Disney instead of Universal Studios". My husband is not a Disney person.

Also, during that same trip my third oldest son was stopped by the Year of a Million Dreams people for a free lanyard/pin set AND our stroller was given a Magic Moment certificate while waiting in the queue at the Safari in the Animal Kingdom for being the "most prepared for a 2-week safari". I will always admire Disney for being so customer-satisfaction orientated. I wish all businesses would act that way.

I've got a few minutes before I have to get to class, so I thought I'd share a story, in which a couple friends and I made a cast member's day (instead of the other way around!)

In June 2006, I had pretty much settled into my Disney life for the summer, and already had a close circle of friends that I could call upon for anything, and they could call upon me for the same. Anyway, it was a random off day where I didn't really plan on doing anything beyond going to Downtown Disney (for Earl of Sandwich, of course!) and then back to the apartment for some good vegging hours.

However, when I got off the bus at Chatham, I saw a friend of mine (Alan) was waiting for the "A" bus to Magic Kingdom. He was going to meet a friend there later, and wanted to hang at the park beforehand. He was still relatively new to Disney, and only knew his way around Fantasyland (where he worked). The kid had only been down for about three weeks by now, and I had helped him move in (oh yeah, I should mention that Alan is a Jersey friend whom I casted in my semi-play "Think of Laura", and it was surprising when we both found out each of us would be in Disney for the summer), I offered to show him around the MK (since he only knew Fantasyland). On the bus, we surprisingly ran into Kelcey (a friend turned psycho turned friend again), who had finished her morning shift. We convinced her to tag along with us to MK, and so she did.

Anyway, we're going around MK and I'm the self-imposed leader, taking the two of them around faster than normal (I know all the shortcuts) to wherever we wanted to go. When we get to Adventureland, Kelcey and I start reciting the pre-show to "The Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management", since both of us have pretty much memorized it (we both worked the infamous nut wagon, which at the time was stationed right by the Tiki Room). It cracked Alan up, and we decided that for once, we'd actually see the show (it's not exactly the most happening place to be for castmembers on a day off or after their shift!).

Anyway, we got to the pre-show place, and as soon as William & Morris start their schtick, Kelcey and I mime them with extreme exaggerations. This gets the attention of a castmember watching us, and he laughs. Alan's laughing as well, and after the pre-show (and during the waiting period) the three of us engage in a water fight courtesy of some spray bottles we scored earlier that day (well, early evening by now).

We get into the actual attraction place now, and as everyone is filing in, I randomly say out loud "You know, it'd be cool if we could start a wave". Alan, to my surprise, suddenly gets up and announces to the crowd, "Okay everyone, let's start a wave!" And, of course...we do. It goes on for about five minutes, and gets all the guests pretty happy.

After the wave, the castmember (whow as watching us mime) gets the show started, and Alan, Kelcey, and I immediately start shuffling and dancing to it as well. We sway to the music, we snap our fingers in rhythm, we wave our hands in the air, the whole thing. By the end of the show, we've got all the guests participating and following us, and everyone leaves very happy.

The castmember stops the three of us before we go and says, "You know, you guys really made my day, it's so great to see guests encourage interaction among guests" and gives us free fastpasses (the "go on any ride you want!" ones). We smile and laugh with him a bit more, and Kelcey lets him in on the secret: we're not guests, just castmembers still doing our job off the clock. He was at first slightly surprised, then gave an "ah, I should've known!" remark and we all laughed again.

The rest of the night was still enjoyable, but I always remember the Tiki Room experience, because it was truly the highlight of the night (though riding Splash Mountain 3 times before closing ranks high up there as well!).

Aww! How nice, Albert. :)

That reminded me that when I was waiting for Fantasmic! to start in MGM this past March, everyone in the venue was doing the wave and screaming, "WE WANT THE MOUSE!" Haha..

Okay, here's another story, this time about how I "adopted" myself into a guest family (I was originally going to tell some my "adoption" stories to Disney Duster in an e-mail, but figured they'd be nice stories to tell everyone...)

Okay, so it's St. Patrick's Day 2005 and I have the day off. It started out a little rainy that morning, so I resigned myself to the idea of staying inside the apartment and watching a movie (I think Singin' in the Rain to celebrate the rain). However, by about 4 or so I was getting antsy and tired. The rain had stopped and the rest of the day would just be cloudy. I decided (as always) that instead of rotting away in the apartment, I'd rot away at Downtown Disney. However, the "F" bus, which for castmembers goes to Downtown Disney and Typhoon Lagoon, would not be at Vista Way for another 40 minutes, and it would take 40 minutes anyway from Vista to DTD.

So I did what I usually do, and I took an upcoming "A" bus to Magic Kingdom. There, I took the monorail at TTC to Polynesian Resort, where the bus there goes straight to Downtown Disney (it's part of the Contemporary/Grand Floridian/Polynesian bus that goes there). I'd be able to cut an 80-minute trip (the 40-minute wait for and the 40-minute trip on the F bus) down to about 55 or so.

Unfortunately, when I got to Polynesian, their buses were running late. It was probably 5:00 when I got there, and a couple families had been waiting for the Downtown Disney bus for some time. One of the families was your standard Mom-Pop-2-Kids, with the kids being about 3 and 6 (approximately). The other family was an older woman and her adopted granddaughter, who was around 8 or 9. All of us got to talking about our vacations (and I told them I was a castmember), and what we planned on doing that day. The Mom-Pop family were going to DisneyQuest, and the Grandma-and-Granddaughter were going to walk around Downtown Disney before getting dinner.

After awhile, it became apparent that the Downtown Disney bus would either never get there, or get there late. So the grandmother called a taxi, and invited all of us to get in. We got to Downtown Disney in about 15 minutes, and the Mom-Pop family left the rest of us so they could go to DisneyQuest.

This left me, the grandmother, and her adopted granddaughter. She asked what I was planning on doing, and I just said I would go to Earl of Sandwich and then go back to my apartment. The grandmother said that she had reservations for three at Wolfgang Puck, but her daughter couldn't make it, and would I like to join them for dinner.

I was a little unsure about joining complete strangers for dinner, but at the same time, I've never eaten at the sitdown restaurant for Wolfgang Puck (I usually go to the quick-service Cafe). So I agreed to have dinner with them and had enlightening conversations about how I came to work for Disney, how the granddaughter was adopted, what the grandmother does for a living, etc. It was a great dinner (I had this spicy chicken and scallops tossed in penne and white wine sauce...and it was only $12!), and at the end, I used my castmember discount for my new "family".

Afterwards we went to Ghirardelli, where I treated grandma and granddaughter to ice cream (with my castmember discount again!), and we decided to browse around some of the stores for a time. It was a lot of fun hanging out with a family, as I was still rather homesick for my own at the time. When we were done browsing and shopping, we took a Disney bus back to Polynesian. The three of us walked to the hotel lobby and said our goodbyes, exchanged contact information, and parted ways.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to contact them at all because their contact info was on my old cell phone, and I didn't get a chance to add their numbers to my new one before I got rid of the old one. But every St. Patrick's Day since 2005, I've thought of them, and wondered how they are doing.

Albert (who has a couple more adoption stories worth telling)

Heres Some more! One day at the Princess breafast at Epcot I saw Aurora and she was really nice and she sat down in the chair next to me and we start to have a conversation and she told me that "Cinderella actually had smelly feet!" , and "Snow White was only 14!" And I told her I was going to the Halloween party that night as Katrina Van Tassel on Ichabod and Mr. Toad. And then the next time she saw me she remembered me as dressing up as Katrina, I thought that was pretty kewl she remembered me!

My next one is pretty kewl too! One day when I was waiting for the parade at MGM this guy came up to me named Keith and he asked me whza I wanted the most on my visit at WDW and I told him I really wanted to met Meg on Hercules cause I haven't met her yet! And he said Meg only was at Fantasmic on the river boat . And he said he would try to get her to meet and greet with me. So that night I met him at Fantasmic and he said Megara would do a meet and greet with me after the show was over! After the show was over he took me to an area and Meg was there! But not only her it was Megara, Mickey, Minnie, Dale, Ariel, and Eric!!! It was soo kewl and an awesome photo opportunity! :)

One more before I sleep. This is one of my favorite stories to tell because it was one of my favorite days of "work" at Magic Kingdom. But first, there's a bit of backstory.

The attraction "it's a small world" closed in May 2004 for a really long refurb/renovation, as they'd be redesigning the facade to resemble Disneyland's, and add some new animatronics and update the sound system. The attraction re-opened again in late March 2005.

I started the College Program in late January 2005 and was part of the Magic Kingdom OutDoor Foods department. We handled the popcorn wagons, ice cream wagons, and the two nut wagons as well as the Main Street beverage station on the Castle Hub. By March 2005, I had formed a close circle of friends: Rachael, James, Joyce, Jenny Lamb, Bill, Marissa, and LaCharles. Lucky for all seven of us, on one fateful March day, we were given the unique role of "guinea pigs". "Guinea Pigs?" you ask. Yes, we were guinea pigs.

You see, "it's a small world" was pretty much closed for ten months, and during those ten months, castmembers who originally worked that ride were assigned to work elsewhere, and while they were still certified to work it, a whole slew of additional castmembers weren't. So, in order to train them on the ride, as well as re-train castmembers, most of them were sent to work at Pirates of the Caribbean, as it has the same loading system. Thus, castmembers would learn how to load the boats properly, when to push the buttons to let each boat come and go, etc.

But at the same time, they needed to learn additional things as well, such as how to do emergency evacuations, how to direct guests onto the boats, etc. Because while the loading system is the same between Pirates and Small World, the environment isn't. Castmembers needed to learn how to handle wheelchair guests, how to get guests in and out as fast and safely as possible in emergency evacuations, etc.

However, they couldn't do this with real guests. After all, what guest would want to spend X-amount of hours during their vacation being a guinea pig? So, Disney chose the next best thing: fellow castmembers.

Yes, fellow castmembers. A group of castmembers from each department of Magic Kingdom were randomly assigned to report to "it's a small world" one fateful March morning, to spend the next seven hours of their lives being "guests" to help the castmembers train. And in most cases, the randomly assigned castmembers were from the College Program (perhaps the way to make it a more fun assignment). But we did see our share of managers (!), coordinators, and full-timers who reported for duty.

And what did we do as guests?

We rode "it's a small world" OVER AND OVER AGAIN. And let me tell you, you haven't ridden small world until you've ridden it OVER AND OVER AGAIN. With half the animatronics not moving. And some of them are naked. While about a dozen in each scene are *headless*. All the while, the damn song plays OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

The first few times wasn't so bad. All of us were able to get that sneak peek at the new facade and the new animatronics before the guests did. And for some "it's a small world" virgins, it was like a dream come true. But then, as fifteen minutes turned to an hour, and an hour turned to two, we were going crazy.

Our boat had fun, though. Since it was mostly young College Program kids, we all had fun talking to each other and admiring the attraction. And we had fun with every trip, as one guy had the great idea of having us do different poses as the boat came back into view of the castmembers at load/unload. The first one we did was "sleep", which was obvious, we all "fell asleep" on the ride. Next we did a wave (front to back wave, not side to side). There were several others, among them strangulation, sitting backwards, and there was also talk of mooning the castmembers, but no one had the balls to do it.

Anyway, we did that ride for THREE WHOLE HOURS. Three hours of the same melody, the same robot children, the same naked and headless dolls. If I had done it alone, I'd have killed myself. But I was with my friends, and it was AWESOME.

After the three hours, all the guinea pig castmembers finally were deployed off the boats (well, finally in the sense that we didn't have to get on them again, as we did emergency evacuations as well). And we all went back down to the tunnels to check with the Deployment Base, and see what our next assignment was.

And rather than change our time and have us clock out four hours early, the managers basically said "Just ask your managers if they need you to stay on, and if they don't...go play in the park and clock out when it says to on your shift." None of us could believe it. WE WOULD GET PAID TO PLAY IN THE PARK FOR FOUR HOURS!!!

All of us were excited, obviously, because before we all clocked in and headed to "it's a small world", we asked the managers what we should do if we finish early, and our managers said "well, we don't really have you guys scheduled for anything here since you'll be there, and we've got a pretty full roster of workers coming in today, so just do whatever they tell you to do. If you want to come back, you can."

Two of our friends went back to work (James and Joyce, but that was obvious since Joyce is a dedicated worker and back then James would follow her to the ends of the earth). But the rest of us (if you forgot, it's Rachael, Jenny Lamb, LaCharles, Bill, Marissa, and me) decided to play.

And play we did! Within the four hours, we covered nearly all of Tomorrowland and all that was worth seeing in Liberty Square! Unfortunately, somewhere down the road we lost Marissa (who met some friends and stayed with them). When it came for us to clock out, we all went back down to the tunnels, clocked out quickly, and were back up in the park in and under 10 minutes.

Perhaps the best part of the day was when we went to Toontown Fair, and got a group picture with Mickey Mouse. We weren't interested in getting pictures with any other character, we felt that because of how awesome the day was, we could not go without a Mickey picture. And so, I present...

Image
(In Clockwise from left to right: Me, Jenny Lamb, Mickey, Bill, LaCharles, and Rachael)

It's one of my favorite pictures from my time in Florida, along with this...

Image
(LaCharles, me, and Bill)

Anyway, the rest of the day pretty much was a blur of us having a lot of fun in the Magic Kingdom (though once again, we lost a friend as Bill met up with his sister Kat, and she hung out with us for a bit before the both of them left to meet up with other hometown friends). Rachael, Jenny Lamb, LaCharles, and me spent the rest of the day at Magic Kingdom, and the day concluded with the four of us getting our tired selves onto the "A" bus to the apartments. Rachael & LaCharles got off at Chatham, while me and Jenny Lamb went on to Vista.

And thus ended the best day of work in my entire time at Walt Disney World.

This doesn't involve a cast member, but it was the funniest thing I've ever seen in Disney World. It was way back, around 1987 I think. I was just a kid so I can't quite remember the exact place this happened, but I'm fairly sure we stayed at the Contemporary and back then Disney characters actually would ski on the lagoon around the hotels. You could watch them and it was really cool!

I remember one time, we were all watching out and Pinocchio happened to be on skis that day. Well all of a sudden, he slipped and fell into the water! All the little kids around me freaked out and started crying hysterically! "Is he okay?!" "Did he drown!" Some kid then shouted, "Pinocchio just died!"

But the best experience I've had with a cast member was for sure during those bus rides that are so long from park to park. The drivers are fantastic and one of them led the whole bus into singing "Zip-A-Dee-Doh-Dah." It's amazing how something as boring as a bus ride can turn into such a magical experience at Disney!

We just got back from a fabulous trip to Disneyland. I can't believe how empty the parks are for the first few hours....why people sleep in is beyond me.

Anyway, we always did the same ride order in the morning - Pirates (first ones on for the day), then Splash Mountain (one morning they let us ride 3x in a row without getting off because there was no line), and then Haunted Mansion. The last day, during our morning ride on Haunted, as our Doom Buggy was leaving the boarding station a Cast Member snuck up on our vehicle and stuck his head around the corner and did a "Boo-ha-ha-ha-ha". Scared the bejeezus out of me. It was awesome!

This happened to me before too! It was in 2005 and I was with my brother (Escapay). We were seated in our Doom Buggies and the cast member was doing the whole checking the lap bars thing, looking really bored and I was staring at him to make sure he was real (back when I was really little in 1991, I remember the cast member doing that same duty was moving like a robot and I wasn't sure if he was fake or real), but anyhow, I caught his eye and he just looked away and I was about to tell Albert something when all of a sudden he came behind and spooked us and I screamed like a little girl.

Another funny story was that same evening about 5 minutes before that incident. Earlier that year, I had taken my senior class trip and our Vice Principal was telling us that he would be returning that summer for a trip with his family, making it his 45th or 46th trip to Disney World. Anyhow, that fact totally slipped my mind and Albert and I were in the super dark holding area (after the elevator, right before the Doom Buggy conveyor belt thinger) making spooky faces with our cell phones. I then hear someone shouting my name and I'm thinking who the heck knows me in WDW other than my brother. I turn around and see some adult waving at me with a big grin and lo and behold it's the high school Vice Principal! It was so weird and random that we were there the same week. I remember he was like "remember? This is the trip I was talking about!" and his daughter was telling us how insane it was that he's been here 46 times. It was quite a memorable evening that night in the Haunted Mansion...

I guess my story is similar to MadameGaston's. It was on my first trip to WDW in 1996 and i was 5. This was when people with stickers could go up into the parade and dance/play around with characters when it would stop. Well it was just my good luck that the float with Snow White stopped in front of us. Snow White is and was my favorite Disney movie. Well it was also my good luck that Snow White picked to dance with me. As she was about to leave i said something along the lines of "good bye Snow White i will miss you". She then said "well your just the sweetest little prince" and then gave me a kiss on the cheek. It made my childhood and I will never forget it. My dad (who also had a sticker) got to dance with dopey and that was pretty funny. :)

I love all these stories. I've been to Disney World once, and I barely remember it, but these Cast Member stories astound me at just how nice these people are.

I have a small story to tell...

It must have been my family's first day in Disney World and we were walking around Fantasyland. I remember at The Cinderella Carousel I saw Mary Poppins riding a horse. My first thought was, "Oh my god! It's Mary Poppins!", my second thought was, "What the heck is Mary Poppins doing on Cinderella's Carousel?". Anyway, I remember later when she got off the ride, myself, my siblings, and my cousins got to meet her. We took a picture and after that she turns to me and says something about a spoonful of sugar and my mouth was wide open at the surprise of meeting Mary Poppins and that she talked to me. I still treasure that Mary Poppins photo. :)

Was going through some word documents and found this little chestnut that I wrote, saved, and promptly forgot about. Figured it'd be worth sharing, as it is another of my "ADisneyoptions" (adopted by a family while at Disney)...

By the end of May 2005, my closest friends had left: Rachael and Joyce had finished their programs, Jack-Jack was terminated (long story there. Even though he was still in Florida and the parks, I didn't see much of him. He wasn't present at the "small world ride testing day" either, unfortunately), and James quit (heartbroken over Joyce returning to Hong Kong). I still had other friends from the program and at work (I mentioned them before: Jenny Lamb, Bill, Marissa, and LaCharles), but I wasn't as close to them as I was to Rachael, Joyce, James, and Jack-Jack, and while I still did hang out with some of them, it really wasn't to the extent that I hung out with Rachel, Joyce, James, and Jack-Jack. And my 2005 roommates were hardly ever around (heck, none of us were, we all seemed to just use the apartment as a place to sleep and shower.), so hanging out with them was rare. Most of June, July, and August I spent extending my hours at work, just to have something to do. And on days off, if I felt like it, I'd call and see if they wanted an extra pair of hands. But even if work was something to do, I didn't want it to be the only thing to do, so on some off days I'd spend it just walking from park to park and around Downtown Disney.

Anyway, it must have been late July when I was in Downtown Disney and had the strangest craving for a Citrus Swirl (from Sunshine Tree Terrace, in Adventureland.) So I took a bus from DTD to Grand Floridian, since I could then take the monorail from there straight to Magic Kingdom. I could have easily just taken the bus to Contemporary and walk there, but I felt like a monorail ride that day, which is why I headed to Grand Floridian. While I was waiting for the monorail, I noticed a family that was also waiting for the monorail. It was a standard mom-pop-and-2.5 kids. It was actually 3 kids, and I assumed they were teenagers, but it turned out only two of them were and one of them was my age (20).

With nothing better to do, I figured I'd observe them, as their discussions and actions were more interesting that anyone else waiting for the monorail (I remember an old couple just sitting, and another couple who looked like they were castmembers, but I wasn't in the "hang out with random castmembers" mood). They looked harmless enough, so I figured I'd try and "adisneyopt" myself into their family. Non-chalantly I said aloud, "This monorail's taking its sweet time," which yielded the expected "Yeah, it is" from the father. Given that he and his wife were just watching their kids and looking entirely bored, they welcomed a conversation and so for the next 5-10 minutes or so, we discussed their vacation and it had to eventually come up that I wasn't in Disney for vacation, so I casually slipped in a "yeah, it's my day off so I thought I'd check out the park". Once I was able to get that out of the way, it got the teenagers' attention, and they were all "Wow, so you work here, what's it like?"

I was able to give them the whole castmember-friendly spiel about how the College Program is awesome and they should consider it when they're old enough. That's how I found out one of the teenagers was my age, and he said he'd give it some thought since I made it sound so important. By this time it became apparent that the monorail wouldn't be showing up, and after I got up and asked a castmember what was happening, we were able to confirm that one of the monorails was broken (well, not broken, just not able to run) on the track. So rather than go to Magic Kingdom, the family decided to go to Downtown Disney. As always, I mentioned that I knew DTD like the back of my hand, so they were grateful to have someone lead the way. Thus, I officially became adisneyopted into their family for the night.

We rode a Disney bus to Downtown, and I browsed the shop with the family. The teenagers-and-20-year-old and I then split from the parents to see Goofy's Candy Co., and I used my discount to get them some candy (I also got a Stitch slushie drink that wasn't too good, but I wanted the Stitch cup). I don't think any of them intended to buy candy, but when I said "20% discount" they suddenly wanted some. When we got to the register, the young castmember there gave the regular retail price, and I went, "Oh wait, I've got this!" and pulled out my castmember ID. She said "You know it's against the rules to use your discount for someone else. Either you pay for it or he has to give me the castmember ID." So I said, "Okay, turn around for 10 seconds." She did, laughing, and I handed my ID to one of the teenagers. When she turned around again, he gave her the money and the ID, and we got the discount.

Since it was already past dinner time, we didn't eat dinner (like I did with a family on St. Patrick's day). Anyway, the mom decided that she wanted to go back to the hotel and sleep (it must've been 10 by now), so she left us, and I took the father and his kids through Pleasure Island, pointing out clubs they should check out, and what times would be best for them to go. It was a lot of fun with this family, because going from shop to shop and just walking around DTD talking about whatever came to mind reminded me a lot of my family.

We eventually parted ways at West Side, as I needed to catch a bus back to Vista because I had a morning shift the next day. The teenagers were interested in DisneyQuest, so they checked that out. I was supposed to meet them again the next night, but unfortunately I had to extend my shift (unwillingly rather than willingly) and so I had to call them and cancel. My changeover for the Fantasyland Nut Wagon called in sick, and since not that many people are trained on the nut wagons, I had to extend my shift and close the wagon, even though I opened it. Thus, my 7 hour shift (originally 9 am to 4 pm) got extended to a 14 hour shift (9 am to 11 pm), with the last 4 hours being considered overtime (instead of the whole 7 extra hours, as only the hours after 10 hours will count as overtime, the 10 hours is just regular time).

I was used to this by now (extending my shift because people kept calling out on their shifts), and the managers knew it, which is why whenever I needed a favor, they were willing to oblige (such as changing a "call in sick" to a "scheduled day off"). I got away with a lot of stuff because of all those favors...

Hey guys, I've been back in the UK for almost two weeks now and I thought I'd share some of the experiences I had over there!

My favourite meeting was with Ariel, we ( myself and my friend) basically told her that we too were from Atlantica, and that we thought we'd pop in and see how she's doing, she replied 'oh my gosh you guys, I didn't know there was an atlantica on land too!'. We had a quick chat and right at the end of the meeting I asked Ariel if I could use her dinglehopper as my hair was becoming a mess, she replied 'sure, it's the humidity I know!', and what do you know, I was brushing my hair with Ariel's very own dinglehopper!

Probably my other favourite is when I got a hug off Belle for telling her that BATB was my favourite child as a movie, and when I confused Mary Poppins.

What happened with Mary is that on our visit to Epcot we saw her and Alice playing football in the U.K. part of the park. We followed Miss Poppins and had our pictures taken with her. Before we went she asked me 'Have you ever visited London?, to which I replied 'a few times yes.' She said that we should meet up and have tea together, but when I asked her to phone me when she's free, she replied 'oh, dear, I don't have a phone' (In a 'phones aren't good enough for me' kind of way), I asked her how she'd let me know, and she went silence, and didn't have an answer for me. I then said 'do you use chimneysweep?' and she said 'yes! yes I do?, do you have a chimney sweep, and if so who do you use?'. So I repied 'yes, and I use Bert, who else would I want to use?'

I have loads more stories of messing around, but these were my two favourites. I hope I haven't bored you. :D
