The 20-Day Test Drive

Post by poco »

I received in the mail a letter from the DMC called the "20-Day Test Drive" which basically is getting a "selected Club movie" for a free 20-day test drive If one decides to keep it you do nothing...they will bill the account and you are not charged for shipping.

Did anyone else get this? Does anyone know what movies they are going to send out?

There is a catch to this: you have to inform DMC if you DO NOT want to participate....if i don't do anything then I get the movies...

From what I've heard, it sounds like they're just sending out titles that not many people have been buying. Someone claims to have received "Iron Will" through this.

I think I'll pass.

I sent the postcard back the same day as it arrived turning down the 20 day Test Drive. This morning I got an email informing me that Iron Will has been shipped. I called the DMC 800 # and talked to a CSR. He said if I opened it that there is a postal return sticker or (as I pointed out) I could just refuse shipment & put return to sender on it. He was very nice though (as Disney's csrs always are) and put a B1G1 onto my account for the next time I order something for the trouble.
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.
