Just contact them thru e-mail. I believe they have a contact form on the DMR website. Let them know you aren't receiving the e-mail newsletter and they should send it to you.

In addition to what Barbossa said...also you should check your spam or junk mail box...sometimes for some reason the newsletter get in there from time to time...

My email seems hell-bent on sending everything I actually want into the junk folder; so I have to wade through all the real crap in the Inbox... Seriously weird...

Thanks Barbossa and disneyboy, I just contacted them, and am awaiting for an e-mail.

I just entered in another Disney DVD code [Just purchased Wall-E

] and was wondering if DMR carries Blu-Ray titles? I'm too lazy to sort through all the titles.

I just got a PS3, so I am slowly going to upgrade my DVDs to Blu-Rays [another reason I really want the free Blu-Ray for my birthday

]. I've seen a lot of DVDs that I can redeem from DMR, but no Blu-Rays as of yet. Do they carry Blu-Ray titles to redeem?

The Email must be exclusive to those who have bougbt a mountain of Eligible DVDs in the past. That way, they get something out of this program.

4,930 points. Would love to get 4 tickets to Disney On Ice but I just checked the date. They're going to be 30 miles from me from September 10-13. 70 points short & only 2 days to go (plus you need to cash in at least 20 days before you want to go). Have to settle for the Poppins sculpture.

Anyone do the questionnaire for the new collectible cards that will be offered thru DMR? You have to pick 8 heroes and 8 villains. From the list I thought these were the best heroes:

I got the code too with the e-mail. Let's see if it works...

...and yup it's not valid.

Hmm, first time I got a not valid message back. Maybe you have to do their e-mail rating questionnaire first.

Maybe they haven't entered the code in their system and it will work later?

I wish there was more of a selection to choose from- there definitely are characters that I would have chosen instead of some of these, but some would still make my list regardless:

No, I think this is the 2nd time. I got a 5 or 10 point code before for reading the newsletter e-mail.

It's a one time use code, but the codes are all the same. The one I got in my e-mail and the one my mom got in her e-mail were the same code.

Mine didn't work either. Since all are the same 2 questions: Is the second letter an i or an L & are the 2 letters near the end zeroes or 0's?

I am waiting on a few codes that have not been confirmed:

1. The 75 bonus points from the Earth Blu-Ray (Which I already wrote to them about)
2. The missing codes from The Love Bug and the Cat Returns
3. The 5 bonus points from the e-mail

I really hope they fix this problem by the end of the week.
