It had a killer chorus though.
Not really, it was pretty much a snoozefest of a song :lol: and yes Randy Andy, we are getting on. Soon we'll be spouting grey hairs and will need to book some Botox appointments :lol:

More than half that album was a snoozefest. 5 of the songs were pure trash, 2 songs were 2-3 minutes too long. And "Beat Goes On" = the exact definition of snoozefest.

Of the bunch that are left, "Dance 2Night" is clearly one of the best.

Speaking of her Madge-esty...

She irked a lot of Romanian fans at a concert when she spoke out against racism and homophobia at a recent concert:

Let's be honest now, if that track was as great as you make out, Madge would have either...

1. Considered putting it forward as a single

Or

2. Used it in her tour set list

The truth of the matter is she didn't do either 'cus the song blows and she knows it! :lol:

TBH, she released all the wrong tracks from this album. Why didn't she release "Candy Shop"? :? she had so many potential hits but she chose to ignore them.

^ I know Beasty but she seems to prioritise her tours these days as that's where she makes the real big bucks! That's why she focuses her attention on creating big blockbuster stage shows as suppose to deciding which single should be next. She's a very smart lady really. Music doesn't make money like it used to now because of all the illegal downloading which is so easy to access. I think she should have at least shot a video for Miles Away though. Britney managed to shoot If U Seek Amy and Radar inbetween her Circus tour.

Reality has nothing to do with her releasing songs as singles or not. Look at American Life. The 2 best songs on the album weren't released as singles - "Nobody Knows Me" and "I'm So Stupid" by far had the best beats and most interesting lyrics.

I am facing reality. Thank you.

Hmmm yes, i agree. If you ask me, and i know she still sells out concerts, and as much as I love the thigh high boots she walks in, she is sadly a shadow of her former self :( I'm glad she's still going strong and she should never stop! She should do a Shirley Bassey and live for eternity. But when was the last time she had a song that wasn't only a hit but defined Madonna as the legend she is?

on a lighter note, i have a little Debraaaaaaaa :wink::lol:

0:40 till 1:50 is comedy gold! :lol::lol::lol:
