Going to Epcot tomorrow!

I have not been to Epcot in over 10 years! At this point, a large part of the park is BRAND NEW to me..Test Track, Soaring, Mission Space, revised Spaceship Earth, The Land, The Living Seas, Turtle Talk...never seen any of it! Is that Kim Possible thing fun and worth the time? We decided a few weeks ago to go tomorrow. Not sure why I am thinking NOW to post this....but any quick tips from those who have gone recently/more frequently would be appreciated!

Its my parents, myself, and my 10 year old daughter going.

So I assume the last time you were there was prior to 2000. We were there last September and loved it. We went there again when Animal Kingdom closed as we didn't see everything the first time.

The Seas with Nemo & Friends
The vehicle is a clammobile and as you go through, Nemo is lost again. At the end of the ride, it leads you into an area of different aquariums with all kinds of fish as well as the gift shop.

IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth
This is a must see. It's a fireworks show and it's wonderful. It's held on the Showcase Lagoon. You can see these fireworks from around the lagoon.

The Land
There's a boat cruise that's approximately 16 minutes and you tour around and see different vegetation and how they're planted.

Some of the shows at World Showcase have most likely changed since you were there.

You might even find disney characters at Epcot. I had my picture taken with Jasmine and Aladdin at Epcot at Morocco Pavillion.

That was very helpful Nala, thank you I saw there is a Lion King attraction too, about the circle of life, is that worth the time? I want to make the most of it, since I can't always afford to go to Disney, so I want to get the most bang for my buck.

If you plan on visiting the World Showcase, the Kim Possible mission is worth the time. It doesn't take long to complete, while you walk around the showcase. My 10 and 15 year old male cousins enjoyed doing the Kim Possible mission. They even argued over who got to carry the Kimunicator for the mission. I found it was a great distraction for them, while their sister and I got to take our time looking at the different World Showcase Pavilions. I think the boys would have protested spending time at the showcase, if it hadn't been for the Kim Possible mission to keep them entertained. When we got back home, the mission was one of the first things the youngest told his dad about the trip.

I think my daughter will like the World Showcase, but I'll do the Kim Possible mission anyways to add a little more fun to it. Thanks

It's called Circle of Life and it's with Simba and I believe Timone and Pumbaa. It's a film talking about the environment. Oh and the film is animated. We enjoyed it. It really makes you think about the environment.

Go to the Mexican pavilion and to the cantina stand outside. Buy this food called "Wet Burrito". It's one of the best mexican dish i've had. Awesome stuff.

Though I had that about 8 yrs ago so I don't know if it's still there now.

Nope, the Kim Possible thing doesn't cost money. I haven't done it yet, bit it's free.

If you want a yummy dessert, visit the Norwegian bakery! My favorite is the lefse, but everything is yummy. And if you want a second yummy dessert, get some Kaki-Gori in Japan (it's the yummiest sno-cone ever!)! And if you want a third yummy dessert, visit the French bakery! My favorite is the strawberry mousse, but I don't think they had that last time.

You probably already know this, but utilize FastPass!

Don't miss the American Adventure at the American pavillion. It's AMAZING and makes you proud to be an American!

And I can vouch for the "wet burrito". !Muy bueno!

When did Kim Possible open? We were there last September and I can't remember seeing it.

I'm in Florida from late fall thru early May and it opened sometime during my stay this past year. I can't remember the exact date, but if my memory is correct it opened sometime in the first quarter of 2009.

I was just at Disney World a few weeks ago (July 27-Aug 3rd) and I stopped in for a drink every time I walked by it.
