I liked the part at the end when they're all in white. It shows that we're all the same and it really is "a small world after all." I like the song recording with all the instruments and the adults singing the song on most of the Disney CDs. It always reminds me about the Disney parks and makes me want to go at that instant.
During one of our trips to Disney World we began to drive into the Downtown Disney area to our hotel. The Disney Classics CD was playing a random disney tune and I was like "We should play it's a small world" and I hit next and magically it was "it's a small world"! How ironic!

It's not my favorite attraction, but I'll go on it just because my folks really, really love IASW. (Is it just my family or are there other Asians whose families really like IASW?)
I remember when I went to Disneyland at Christmas 1999, it had been decorated for the holidays and it was actually nice to hear something other than "It's a small world after all, it's a small world after all..." (not to mention I've never seen that much pale blue and pink paint in my life during the daytime.)
Last year on Mother's Day Mom and I rode it twice, since Mom really likes IASW. What really got to me (other than the song) was how "colorless" IASW got compared to the last time I went to Disneyland (Christmas '99). Here's a photo of me standing in front of IASW on Mother's Day 2004:

I hope the renovations will restore the color...IASW just doesn't look good without it.

I don't really like the Disney characters in the IASW at DL. The WDW has a smaller entrance but I like the amusement like athmosphere at the end and the flowers instead of post cards at the end as well.

It was restored to its original gold and white facade in 2003. This is the way Walt opened the ride back in 1966. I personally prefer this than the easter egg colors it used to have.
With the renovation earlier this year, the facade has received a new lighting treatment at night. It turns into a rainbow of colors every time one of the Disneyland Railroad trains goes through it and every 15 minutes.
I also like "it's a small world holiday" better.
The addition of the facade inside the WDW small word is definatley an improvement over what was there before, it just doesn't work as well.
