I'm currently writing my first skit, and I can't help wondering why I always turn my own character into an entirely different person in my own skits. In this case, as the presenter of the "New Member" award I've already made myself a sort of big-headed, narcissistic, borderline evil caricature of TV hosts!

Just to let you know that the way I depict myself in my own skits is entirely opposed to what I'm like in real life.

OK. I just completed the first skit, and my "personality" in it is so over-the-top that it just doesn't make sense to use my own name in it. So I'm going to create fictional presenters for each award. I won't be presenting the awards then, but at least the skits will be written by me. I just hope I get a credit when Aaron uses them in the Awards ceremony.

I sent mine this morning, and included a "Short Version" and "Long Version" for three of the four presentations I wrote. That way Aaron can choose which one he thinks works/flows better. None of them are actually "presented" by me, though, they're all special guests. I prefer watching the awards from the comfort of my home.

By the way, I'm going to work on the last two categories since nobody has claimed them yet (Escapay has the other two). I have to get them done in time.

You'll be surprised at one of the presenters. It's someone you'll be quite familiar with.

I love the part when Barbara is clearly annoyed at Blanche and Rose, both of whom are oblivious to it, and Rose cheerily asks, "So..do you bowl?"
