There's this one smooth jazz/r&b song that has lyrics like "Things I do" and begins with "I guess you don't know", but I don't know what that song is. Can anyone explain?

Oh, is that the song with the notes and the lyrics? I think I might know it.

I did Google the lyrics, but they just gave me the runaround. And no, "Do You Know" by Cranberries isn't it.
