Dedication - This was very, very good. It was actually pretty angsty, which the cover and description didn't make it out to be. Still, highly reccomended and definitely Mandy Moore's best role yet. I didn't expect all the coarse language, especially from her. :P

Paul Blart: Mall Cop-I thought it was funny. No disagreements with the UD review.

In the bedroom with Sissy Spacek and Tom Wilkinson. A couple has a hard time coping with the tragic death of their only son, who is murdered by the voilent ex-husband of the woman he has fallen in love with.
Very well acted.

I finally saw Up today in 3D. I thought it was a really good movie and it is probably my favorite movie of the year so far.

Angels and Demons - I didn't really like it. It was suspenseful, but I was actually disturbed by it for the most part.

The Terminator (1984)- I thought it was a pretty good sci-fi/action film, with a few laughable lines from Arnold.

Spring Breakdown - This little movie actually had a lot of stars in it. Amy Poehler and Rachel Dratch were hilarious, as usual. I didn't really think Parkey Posey was as funny as she usually is, although I will say that she looked gorgeous in this film. I never though Missi Pyle was so hilarious! And Amber Tamblyn was good as well, along with her friend Sarah Hagan, who played Amanda on Buffy! :P

Legacy - What a horrible movie. Cheesy, campy, unfunny, too much of a black comedy. Haylie Duff stars in this R-rated dark comedy about a sorority house, O.K., that finds a geeky, overweight rushee dead in Lana, the president's, bedroom one night. A surprisingly decent performance by Haylie Duff, and an actually very creepy performance from Margo Harshman, from Even Stevens. Not reccomended.

Surf's Up a good watch. I especially like the mockumentary feel of it.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull I saw the other three, and I think this one's less boring. Idk why.
Hancock nice, funny, and a decent story overall. Seeing it the second time made me realize why my mom thought the plot twist was so obvious.

Napoleon Dynamite - Meh. It was okay, but not really funny.

The Assassination of Richard Nixon

Excellent portrayal by Sean Penn of an ordinary guy who loses it all and then tries to take revenge on 'society', president Nixon in particular. Even though the filmmakers clearly try to position the viewer in a subject position in which they should loathe the character, I felt the exact opposite. He didn't utter a single word I didn't agree with.

Well, of course I would never even think of doing such a thing...

Okay, I would never DO such a thing. :P

I Know What You Did Last Summer - I liked it enough...I didn't really find it scary, except for the ending. And it was so weird to see Sarah Michelle Gellar get killed, and then seeing her do the killing on Buffy. :P

The Proposal

Super cliché but it had a lot of really funny moments and few genuinely touching ones as well.

The Proposal with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. Bullock is a real bossy editor-in-chief of a book publishing company who finds out that the INS wants to deport back to Canada unless she can prove she has been legally married. She and her goal-searching assistant (Reynolds) head for Alaska, where his parents live to escape everything, and try to figure out how they can phony-up a marriage. Enter Grandma Annie, played with a verve by Betty White, who chews up every scene she is in. While this film is very predictable, you are still watching to see what happens next, and how it is done. I can highly recommend this film.

Aladdin. We had some friends over last night, and it won the What Movie Do You Want to Watch vote. Let's say it together: Wonderful, as always! I do love Aladdin very, very much.

Frost/Nixon
Aladdin
The reader
Four weddings and a funeral

I saw all those over the last two weeks, and they're all great movies. I'd recommend all of them, however if you don't like watching a lot of nudity The reader probably isn't something you'd like to watch.
