Couldn't they come up with something else? (I still love HSM!)
It actually reminds me more of West Side Story. I think it'll be okay for a HSM, personally.

Well, I haven't seen West Side Story (yet), so I wouldn't know.
Wait a minute. The super annoying underclassmen added to HSM3 for the sole purpose of continuing the franchise won't actually be continuing the franchise? What what what?
No, they won't be returning. I think they were rather useless for the story (of HSM3). But I would've liked to see them back (if only for continuation purposes).

I knew about Matt Prokop not returning, but the other two, as well?!? I'm guessing that Ashley Tisdale won't be returning, either? I mean, you'd think that Tiara would've been the new Sharpay (i.e., being the star of the musicals), so if Sharpay is in the film, then it'd be almost weird without Tiara. Donnie was barely in the film, so I could give or take him, but I liked the RocketMan...he wasn't my favorite character ever, but he was enjoyable enough.

I agree with you all, though, about those characters kind of being useless now.

I still am more excited for Camp Rock 2 than I am HSM4, and that's saying a lot. I mean, as much as I love Jonas Brothers, as far as DCOMs go, I love HSM more than Camp Rock.
