Hannah Montana - The Movie
I am so amazed & excited for Miley's success. I think she has a unique & great voice (contrary to what friends of mine say). I must repeat what I've said in other postings. Miley's "Breakout" album is a great album if you first realize who it's targeted for (young people, mainly girls). I am so glad she is putting clean non-offensive pop out there on the radio & more people should appreciate that as well. I predict she will eclipse Britney Spears success very soon if she hasn't already done so. Here is a girl who is a TV star, movie star, pop music sensation two times (Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus), & now a country star (Miley Cyrus & with her dad Billy Ray Cyrus). For anyone who has heard "The Climb" as background music, I urge you to actually LISTEN to this song. Mason_Ireton is right. It is a powerful song! From Miley's "Breakout" CD I also urge you all to do the same with "Bottom Of The Ocean". Awesome!!!

Not a bad job, but Disney hasn't put the "Disney File" on a banner in a while, and they wouldn't say "2-Disc Disney DVD" there either. Both signs that it's a fan creation.pick wrote:If you can't see the pic above: http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_I7Uhwl323W4/S ... -2copy.png
Maybe it's the real deal?

But the thing that makes Woody special, is he'll never give up on you... ever. He'll be there for you, no matter what.
Hmm I don't remember lol. I know I bought Breakout (Platinum Edition btwBILLONEE wrote:You have great taste rexcrk! How long have you loved "Bottom Of The Ocean"? I bought it the day it came out & loved it instantly!

I don't remember when I first realized how much I liked it though. I'd say it's my 3rd favorite, after The Climb and See You Again.
I also really like "The Driveway"

I agree. I'll connect them to this thread by saying:blackcauldron85 wrote:Oh, and this really would've been better in the general "Hannah Montana" thread, since it has nothing to do with the movie. Just FYI.
If they do The season sets like that, what next? Hannah Montana-The Movie-Part 1 & Part 2?

I agree. I used to love the show to death and I got a little dissapointed by the movie, although it wasn't bad. But some parts could been better, cause the last twenty minutes were too sappy. And besides; (SPOILERS) I don't understand why the tagline was: "She's always had the best of two worlds, now she has to choose just one" when she ultimately didn't had to take that choice at the end.rexcrk wrote:So yeah, I saw this movie when it came out a couple weeks ago. I'm a huge fan (I actually liked the show before it became super-duper-ultra-amazingly-popular) but I wasn't too fond of the movie.
I dunno, I think it might've been because it was a little too different from the show. The only main characters that it seemed like were in it were Miley, Robby Ray, and Lilly (and to an extent: Jackson). Oliver was definitley not in it enough and it just seemed like they tried to introduce way too many new characters (wow.... is this what Transformers fans felt when they saw Transformers the Movie back in '86?).
I went in expecting a silly goofy movie but it seemed more serious than funny. Not that that's a bad thing, it's just wasn't what I was expecting lol.
Otherwise, I enjoyed some sequences of the movie, like the opening, the shoe-fight with Tyra, Hoedown Throwdown-dance and the matureness of the film, but I didn't thought this movie was funny. I thought Miley acted well on the emotional scenes better. Otherwise, as a earlier Hannah-fan, the movie didn't lived up to the show, which was a good thing in some ways, but not in the mold of Hannah Montana.
At the end of the day, I think it was okay that Oliver wasn't in it so much, cause he's my favorite character and his funny personality wouldn't be expanded so much. Jackson was only there for slapsticks and in the show he has at least great lines, the same with Lilly.

Perhaps you will hate me now for writing this, but I can't believe how many people like "The Climb". The lyrics and message is good, but the song it self is awful and especially Miley's voice on it.blackcauldron85 wrote:Miley Cyrus will have to wait for her Grammy
