I wonder which additional characters would be used in this. I can't see it just being the four turtles. I'm assuming Splinter and Shredder, perhaps Casey? Aside from that I think putting in various villains would be fun, depending on the villains.

How did I miss this thread earlier?! This game looks pretty bad ass, I just hope it picks up the pace a little, though. The fighting in the trailer looked a little too slow for my taste.
