A Replacement For Wall-E on the forums??

Post by disneyboy20022 »

I don't mean to be a bother....but.....when is there going to be a differ disney image representing the forums and the ud/dvdizzy.com site at the top where Eve and Wall-e are....

Perhaps if this has been forgotten the UD Mods and Luke could have a contest of what it should be like pick 1 out of (insert number of images here)

here are a few suggestions....

Hannah Montana: The Movie theme (don't kill me but I do like the show...its quite funny)

Bolt theme

Pinocchio theme

or

Disney/Pixar's film UP

I vote for an Up theme, since that's the next PIXAR film.

I vote for going retro and making a banner celebrating the summer DAC of 1999: Tarzan. :P

If your going to do retro, at least do something like The Black Hole with the original poster art.

I'd suggest doing Summer Magic for the sake of randomness, but that's juts me.

How about Disco Mickey if your thinking Retro?? :P

I like the idea of UP.....which I just found out Carl Frederickson is being voiced by Ed Asner which might make this my most favorite Pixar Flick to date as I met him a long long ago in Jay Leno Land :P

Also I think G-Force would scare away people more than Hannah Montana...but you never know :P

Nope...it was Ed Asner....on the segment which they still do on the show called Does that Impress Ed Asner and I impressed him by taking my underwear off without taking my shorts off....

Ah. I keep confusing my Ed's. I remember, you used to have either a link or just a little blurb about the Jay Leno thing in your signature.

even when i'm really excited about UP! , Princess and the Frog would get my vote too. With Disney returning to the 2D animation, it's an important movie and hope it's a success.

It's all Luke's call, but I wouldn't mind UP for the summer, and The Princess and the Frog in the winter, and keep Wall-E for now.

I wouldn't mind seeing "Four Methods of Flush Riveting" if we're going to go the WWII route. :P

I appreciate Luke listening to everyone and changing it, but in its current incarnation, shouldn't DVDizzy.com come before UltimateDisney.com, seeing as how there's only one Disney movie represented? :( Poor Disney. :( IMO, a DAC would be represented, what with that being a huge part of Disney (and Ultimate Disney) and all.

But, again, thanks for at least changing it (even though I do like Wall-e...). Remember, beggars can't be choosers.

Notice all those movies came out in the summer of 1989, exactly 20 years ago. See? Luke did go with the retro fit. :D
