The X-Men characters are owned by Marvel, not DC, hence the jaw drop.

Marvel - Spider-Man, Hulk, X-Men, Captain America, Thor, Fantastic Four, etc.

DC - Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, etc.

I don't know, Disney is among the best studios when it comes to including English subtitles. It's kind of awesome how the studio's every bonus feature these days is equipped with subtitles (usually in three languages, no less). Why don't you think we'll find them here? Or did you mean foreign subtitles?

Yeah, that pretty much sums it up.

I meant English subtitles.

BTW, for those who have iTunes and an iPod, there are a small amount of episodes available for purchase on iTunes for $1.99 each.

I already bought Night of the Sentinels 1 & 2. I'll probably buy a few more.

Nice! The second cover's wrong though. Jean's costume isn't red & gold in "The Phoenix Saga" episodes, but in "The Dark Phoenix Saga". And the characters sort of look Disney-fied.

I'm just nitpicking, sorry :(.

You can bet your ass Disney will release the rest of the series. Fans, myself included, have been waiting for this release forever! I'm sure it will sell well enough for Disney to continue the title on DVD.

Now if only they could do the same thing with Spider-Man, and the first few seasons of Power Rangers, Aladdin, and The Little Mermaid. My childhood on DVD will be complete! lol

And I also hope for those who like portable copies for their iPods that more eps will be released for iTunes. They didn't release that two parter before "Whatever it Takes" though.....its not on iTunes

I really want to get them @ Best Buy, that price is so good.....but I wanted to get a Video game and accessory for my NDSLite and I can't really get both.

However, if most of us buy these sets and they have good sales, Disney will see this as a reason to release more, I HOPE......

I hope more episodes appear on iTunes, actually...... (ducks flying copies of DTV Disney movies)

I'm gonna head to best buy. I don't like the cover art though. Some of them look way too anime-like. I like anime but.... this is X-Men we're talking about..... :P anyway....

I was just thinking... it sucks that these sets don't have DMR points; that would rock and/or roll!

Thanks, Chernabog, I'll keep that in mind. ;)

Anyway, I just got back from Best Buy and got my copies of Vol. 1 & 2! I'm really excited and I can't wait to watch them. PLEASE, Disney, don't pull a Gargoyles on us and make sure you release the rest of this series!!!

I'm just disappointed there's no disc art and the only insert is Blu-ray ads.
