I'm not able to find this in one of the categories, like "Other Animated Films" or "Direct-to-Video".
I did find a review for it by using the google search, but that seems clunky.
Personally, since Pixar has it's own section under "Other Animated Films", I would think that the Short Films Collection could go there, or at least in the "compilations" section under Direct-to-Video.
I would much prefer to see it with the other Pixar films, though.
Where is the Pixar Short Films Collection, Volume 1?

I'm not sure where the DVD is, but the Blu-ray is here at #17: http://www.ultimatedisney.com/disneybluray.html

This is one of those titles that doesn't comfortably fit into any of our established pages. It's for things like this that I most strongly encourage use of the Site Search: http://www.ultimatedisney.com/search.html . It's especially useful for the few listings pages that haven't been updated recently (and need to be).

Frankly, I find the search engine to be a bit clunky... Especially when it pulls up results from the forum, when we already have a great search engine for the forum only.Luke wrote:This is one of those titles that doesn't comfortably fit into any of our established pages. As far as the Pixar short films not fitting comfortably anywhere, the "Other Animation/Pixar" category seems ideal for this. This is the only Pixar title that isn't there, the early Pixar shorts are what turned the company into the powerhouse that it is today, and 90% of these shorts aired with the various Pixar movies.
If you did decide to move it, I would think that placing it either at the beginning or at the end would be best, as opposed to filing it chronologically when the disc came out. It would seem weird to see Wall*E, Pixar Shorts, Ratatouille (or Ratatouille, Pixar Shorts, Cars.)
Fair enough, I'll add it to the Pixar section sans a number in a future update. Seems like a reasonable exception. Thanks for the feedback!
As for the search, it's imperfect, but I've found it an invaluable way of accessing content that is inadequately catalogued here. Since I don't ever foresee myself having the time, know-how, or resources to really transform the site into something that elevates navigation to the completely painless, it's an important feature to rely on. Also, it usually tends to put site articles about forum threads, at least most of the time. If not, throwing the word "review" into your search should make it so.
