I've thought about installing the Homebrew so I can play some imports (Tatsunoku Vs. Capcom is the main one). I'm just afraid I'll mess up the Wii or somehow Nintendo will find out I have it and ban my Wii from downloading stuff on WiiShop and playing online games.drfsupercenter wrote: And, honestly, I think people who only buy discs for the Wii aren't using its full potential. I'm not talking WiiWare per se, but more like the homebrew potential it has. Yes, that's considered "hacking", but it's perfectly legal (except the WAD manager stuff I mentioned), and there are some really good homebrew games. Including a port of Doom. (You heard right, play Doom using the Wii Zapper! Yay!) Plus, who doesn't like using the Wii Remote as a level?
I wished there was a easy way to play imports on the Wii without having to "hack" your console.
