What's the current featured title?`
When in doubt, call. It seems that because I volunteered to beta the new website I don't have access to everything like the rest of you do and they haven't put the new set on this website. If I want to get it now I need to call them and place an order; what a pain.
Can someone please tell me what the price of the set is?

Do you have the old website or the new one? I have the new one (beta thing) and it's not showing up. I don't have a column that shows new releases and searching gets me nowhere. Ugh. Thank you for the help though. It looks like I need to call them.
Here are the next couple Feature Selections coming with 3-D Cards, starting Tuesday November 18 will be Wall E, then The Little Mermaid Ariel's Beginning, then The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian and then Tinkerbell

The current feature title
This month is OLIVER AND COMPANY with a free 3-D card. I had already bought it when it first came out (same with PINOCCHIO, BOLT, and LILO AND STICH: BIG WAVE EDITION. )
I am really confused because at the beginning of March was Pinocchio with 3D card, which I got, then at the end of March was Oliver & Company with 3D Card, and now is Bolt with 3D Card and then I searched on their website for 3D Cards and they have a 3d Card for High School Musical 3 but I never got it as a feature title. So did they even offer HSM3 as a feature title?

I changed my preference to Blu-Ray before the current featured title, but I'm assuming this is a glitch. It would be pretty rotten of them to force you to pledge allegiance to Blu-Ray before you can decline the featured title.
If I were you, I would call them tomorrow during business hours and let them know about your problem and they should be able to decline for you over the phone.

I just went to the website again, and where the Featured Title info usually is, is info on the $10 DVD sale. I just called the Featured Title phone number, and it says that I have nothing to decline...but I received an email, even though it didn't really say to decline the featured title...maybe it's possible that I had already declined prior to receiving the email? I don't even remember if I received my monthly packet. I might give guest services a call later...Thanks, Alex!
*edit* There probably is another thread to complain in, but I can't stand their website! Last time I placed an order, I had to call because the sale prices weren't showing up in my cart. They have the Buy 3 Movies for $10 Each sale, but then in the "Super Savers" section, they have movies that are on sale, but it doesn't say you need to buy a certain number of them to get the sale prices. I just put Johnny Tremain and The Adventures of Bullwhip Griffin in my cart. Both were supposed to be $4.98 each, but when I went to check out, they were $9.95 each. It's such a pain to call...most of the cast members are very nice and helpful and all, but it's still a pain. Those are some great prices, though...If I were feeling better, maybe I'd call. If I knew I could get VIP free shipping again, I'd cancel the club and start all over.
