I just picked up a bunch of new Indiana Jones figures at Wal-Mart on clearance:
Indiana Jones and his horse (3 bucks)
Indiana Jones in the snake pit playset (or something like that, 3 bucks)
Indiana Jones from Crystal Skull, without jacket and hat, with rocket launcher (1 dollar)
Pair of Cairo thugs (3 dollars)
I also recently got two of the Indians (for lack of a better word, I forget what they're officially called, but they're from Crystal Skull), 2 German Soldiers, and 2 Russian soldiers. Got a lot of other figures in the past too (the main ones).
I have MOST of the collection now, aside from vehicles (3 I think? maybe more) and the other playsets (I think one other small one and one BIG one). Unfortunately, I don't know how/where I'm going to get some I wanted the most, Elsa and the main Nazi guy from Last Crusade, the main Russian guy from Crystal Skull, and all the Temple of Doom figs only released in Canada. Still might be able to find some of the baddies with the skull masks on around town though. Might look for those tomorrow.

I actually found Indiana Jones action figures of Elsa and Colonel Vogel at Big Lots today, 4 bucks each. That was awesome, I really wanted those two! Now, if I could only get those Temple figs only released in Canada!
I also picked up the Clone Wars (animated series) figure of Padme. Those figs are outrageously overpriced, but I couldn't resist buying Ahsoka and Padme was even better! (and, yeah, back when I got Ahsoka, I had to get Anakin too for good measure).
Also, it was hard to find (checked Best Buy AND Wal-Mart, but only found it at Target), but I finally got Incredibad, the debut CD (with DVD) from The Lonely Island.

Wow! That Darkwing Snowglobe is awesome!
I received this Crystal Skeleton Indiana Jones mail-away figure today. Too bad the box was all beat up (practically open) when it arrived, because it would have been cool to save, but the figure and throne were fine and contained in their plastic. These pics are just borrowed off the net, but it's the same thing.

After talking with my friend for 2 1/2 hours on the phone, going back and forth about what to do, if she can afford to go, and if I should just buy one ticket, Bobby & I came up with a solution to pay for Jonas Brothers tickets for my friend and I. She wasn't sure if she would have the money, so I didn't buy them right away- today was a certain credit card presale, and Bobby said that he has that credit card, so we were looking at seats- I only could afford the $26.50 seats or the $46.50 seats, and there barely is a difference between the different price ranges' seats, so I bought 2 tickets in the $26.50 range, which, after fees, was $42.30 or something per ticket. I don't know if my friend is going to look tomorrow for the normal presale to see if she can get something better than what I got, but at least we're going...I wanted to go to bed 2 hours ago, but was unable to, so now I can go to bed. If you actually read this, wow...thanks. It's as frazzled as my tired head is right now. But tomorrow is my birthday and I'm relieved to have Jonas Brothers tickets!!! <3

If anything you can probably resell the extras for like $5000 on eBay.blackcauldron85 wrote:After talking with my friend for 2 1/2 hours on the phone, going back and forth about what to do, if she can afford to go, and if I should just buy one ticket, Bobby & I came up with a solution to pay for Jonas Brothers tickets for my friend and I. Just got this at Target.

Started collecting them some time back. These three packs are annoying though, because usually I only need one character (of course, that's how they're planned to be, I guess) and all the good figures are overpriced nowadays. All I needed here was The Question, but I love that character so I had to get this.

It's funny- I wasn't even thinking of eBay yesterday when my friend and I talked about what if we end up with better seats...I was thinking of reselling them on Ticketmaster...silly me. Technically, though, you're not legally allowed to sell the tickets for more than you bought them for, right? I've been using eBay for years but have never sold tickets; I know that people sell tickets there all the time and don't get their accounts suspended. I don't know...DaveWadding wrote: If anything you can probably resell the extras for like $5000 on eBay.
She said she'll look at 10am and see if there are better seats...I don't know if she has the money to actually buy them, though, and I don't know if I do...

As I am not Tim I can't answer this your way but last week when I was there they were not on Leota's cart but were available at the big pin stations in the area (Main Street Jewelers, Downtown Disney Marketplace, and Epcot). I myself looked at the Jumbo pin, framed unique pin set, and boxed pin sets but with the amount I spend/spent on pins could only afford one of the many Limited Edition Haunted Mansion pins that were originally released on Friday Feb. 13th. This was my favourite and the one I chose to get...blackcauldron85 wrote:Those pins are so cool, Tim! Did you get them at the cart near the Haunted Mansion, where they sell TNBC merchandise?

BTW Amy I LOVE your new banner/avatar combo!
