I love them both.

P.S. I totally can't wait for the musical! :float:

I know almost everyone hated it, but I rather enjoyed...

The Stepford Wives (2004) - I thought Bette Midler was hilarious in this. Nicole was good, too, though Glenn kinda freaked me out. I want to see the original now.

The Breakfast Club - Easily one of my favorite films now. I'm dying to see the other "Bratpack" films.

I also loved the Stepford remake, although I too have not seen the original. I do know that the original is not a comedy like the remake, but honestly, I actually think it maybe even works BETTER as a dark comedy. The film has its flaws, and from what I've heard, the pre-release preview was far better than the version that got released, but it's enjoyable.

Anyhoo, I watched Annie Get Your Gun earlier. Good movie, but I do wish Judy Garland had been able to finish. No disrespect to Betty Hutton, who made a nice replacement for her, (And certainly didn't deserve the cold treatment she reportedly got from the cast for being the one replacing Judy.) but I think Judy really could have shined in that performance. Unfortunately, the closest we'll ever get are the audio recordings and the two complete numbers she filmed.

And just about a couple of hours ago, I watched Misery. Ah, that Annie Wilkes is a crazy bitch indeed. :P

I've watched a ton of old movies lately:

Roman Holiday
The Philadelphia Story
It Happened One Night
His Girl Friday
The Thin Man
Arsenic and Old Lace
Bringing Up Baby
Holiday
Notorious
The Bachelor and the Bobby-Soxer

I also managed to watch Forgetting Sarah Marshall somewhere in there. I really liked it. I love Jason Segal and Paul Rudd, I can't wait to check out I Love You Man.

Sixteen Candles - HOW did this get away with a PG rating when it had the "f" word and a nude shower scene? :o Anyway, I really like it. I like Molly Ringwald, although I think I liked her better in The Breakfast Club.

It depends. What year was that film released?

And, oh the Stepford remake! That was really good.

I saw Watchmen today for the second time. It really is a fantastic film, but the extreme violence / gore and sex will likely turn some viewers away.
