Everyone's collections are better than mine! I'm getting a couple shipped from netflix, and I'm not too crazy about DTV sequels, but Man! but my debit card only has so much! I'm thinking about buying a couple Treasures, but I dont know which, and they're $30 a piece at Best Buy. Any of them worth it?

Aside from Pirates 1 & 2, I started with Disney DVDs in Sep 07.
I still want to get TNBC, MTR, Rat, Cars, and Pixar Short Films on Blu, as well as Pinocchio, Bolt, Monster's Inc. and A Bug's Life when they come out.

Arranged by movie Studio, then chronologically. Not counting the TV Shows, and Disney is arranged with PotC and Pixar on either side. If I decide to get Mary Poppins, It would go before PotC.

Behind there is a Sleeve Graveyard, There's a lot of empty space because that shelf is fixed in place.

Nice collection there's the Sorcerer Mickey poster over there. I remember since I was a kid, I used to have the Sorcerer Mickey poster like this.Widdi wrote:

This was the poster I used to have, but I lost it a long ago, I guess that this poster was from the late 70's or early 80's perhaps if you haven't seen this poster before.

And speaking of my Disneyland record collection, I just pulled out of the crates to show you the LP that I have is the grand champion of them all, the original soundtrack to "Fantasia" from 1957, it's 3 discs on the Buena Vista label and it's still in excellent shape for its age. It has the side numbers in order, the first record has side 1 and side 6 on the other side. I wonder if I can stack up three records on my 1970's GE Wildcat record player, the first record drops on side 1 and then plays, after that, the second record drops for side 2 and then finally the record drops for side 3. There you go, turn the three records over and follow the same steps including sides 4, 5 and 6.
This LP did contains a 24-page book with illustrations and descriptions and lots more. This LP is in stereo sound, but it was originally in mono if you have the monaural copy of the "Fantasia" soundtrack.
Here are my pics.

I will show you more of my Disneyland record collection later on.

I've enjoyed checking out everyone else's collections and I thought it was high tide I posted some of my own collection. Now, my collection is rather extensive (almost embarassingly so), so to save on space I will not be posting pictures of every DVD level. Also, I have about 50-100 more programs NOT pictured yet because they haven't been organized or had boxes made for the UNAVAILABLE titles (which I also display next to the commercially released Disney product).
Here is a picture of a the bigger part of my Disney DVD collection:

Here is my first rack (this starts all the Disney theatrical features):

Here is part of my second rack:

Here is my third rack (this starts all of the Disney television programming that I have):

Here is my fourth rack (towards the end of this rack is actually the television series sets I have):

Now I have another 50-100 programs I haven't cataloged or filed away yet, and I also have another section for my "Disney direct to VHS/DVD" material I have, and also another section for my "Disney Educational Productions" materials I have. Not to mention the rest of my DVDs (I don't collect just Disney, but rather Disney is only about 1/2 my total DVD collection....sad I know, but at least I don't spend my money on drugs or anything)
Hopefully you've enjoyed perusing my collection. I'm kind of proud of it. I've been collecting for at least 8 years, maybe. It's grown immensely over the years, and continues to grow all the time......

Here is my Disney collection. My how it has grown. I only started collection about 4 years ago. I know it's not huge, but I don't intend for it to be. All I really want is all of the DAC's, all of the Pixar films and a hand-full of the live action films. There are very few DAC's that I am still missing. I decided a while back not to purchase any of the Gold Collection series or any others for that matter, as I am hoping for newer (and at the time I though better releases, but lately that's not been so). One year from now I will have Pinocchio and the Fantasia films, as well as The Black Cauldron and Lilo and Stitch. After that there aren't that many left to get. Hopefully Hercules and Hunchback will see the light of day again soon with a new release, as well as The Rescuers films and The Great Mouse Detective.

I found them at Sam's back in October for $12.99 each, but I have also seen them at wal-mart over the past few monthsDisneyFreak5282 wrote:It is! Where did you get the Scream and Scary Movie trilogy box sets? I've never seen them before! I own the "Ultimate Scream" box set and it has a 4th bonus disc and a collector's booklet.

It was the rated widescreen edition, however I already had the unrated 3.5 edition so I just swapped it out
