I keep forgetting to post this to see if anyone knows the answer, but here goes:
A few weeks ago, I was watching American Idol, and there was a commercial for (I think) Ford. The lyrics I remember were "Hey pretty / don't you wanna take a ride with me"
It sounded a lot like Liz Phair and I was wondering if anyone knew for sure?

Yeah, it's Poe. She was an alternative / indie-pop Goddess in the mid 1990's and a huge star of college radio at the time. And there is a tiny Liz Phair resemblance.
Apparently, there was no real music video for the tune. At least, not on YouTube. Instead, the video is just her miming the words of some guy talking. I wish I knew what the hell the reason for that is.
Oh, and Disney - next time you get stumped on who sings something, do what I do: search Google. Search for "lyrics" and then put in whatever lyrics you remember hearing. I almost always find the song I'm looking for when I do that.
