This is an 'egg-cellent' idea! Whenever I get a new Disney DVD, I try to seek any eggs out.
I don't think I ever found any on the Donald Treasure V1, but am glad to find out there actually are.
I realize eggs are listed on some Treasure reviews (where applicable), but my impression has been that not all were published. I may be completely wrong... I've not taken the time here to revisit the reviews.
This is a Disney DVD site.... It certainly makes sense for there to be an Easter Eggs page. Luke, if you're able, it sounds great!! Thanks for your efforts.

WALL·E Blu-ray easter eggs
Here's how you can find the easter eggs in WALL·E Blu-ray. These come from the Scandinavian release but I suppose they are the same everywhere, also on the DVD release.
1. In disc one Main Menu, highlight "Play Movie" and press UP and ENTER on your remote control. You will see "GEEK-O-RAMA" featurette in 1080p24 (4:48).
2. In disc one Main Menu, highlight "Set Up" and press LEFT and ENTER on your remote control. You will see an "Early WALL·E Title Animation Test" (0:16).
3. In disc two Main Menu, highlight "Humans" and press LEFT twice on your remote control. A symbol will appear. Press ENTER and see an "Early Wall·E Development Test" in 1080p24 (1:55).
