Coming to Theaters

Post by Captain Hook »

Luke,

I didn't know if you wanted to add some of these, but I found these on the Disney Website:

Sacred Planet Apr 22 (45-min IMAX movie)

Mr. 3000 Sept 24

Also, what is Young Black Stallion about?

Mr. 3000 is Touchstone (even though the Disney site still lists it), and I figured the IMAX documentaries wouldn't really be covered by the site, as IMAX documentaries aren't really covered anywhere among the DVD lists.

Young Black Stallion is about a girl and this young black stallion she rides. That's all I really know (or care to know). ;)

Oh... okay. Sorry bout that! :) I doubt I'll see Young Black Stallion, sounds boring and I never liked the original movie, in fact, I hated it!

I think a page of titles that don't fit comfortably into the other sections probably needs to be created soon.

Something like Documentaries/Compilations/TV Shows/IMAX/Miscellaneous. I suppose "Miscellaneous" could do as a concise but uninformative title.

Things like Frank and Ollie, Walt: The Man Behind the Myth, Endurance, Ghosts of the Abyss, The Young Black Stallion, Lizzie McGuire, and the Walt Disney Treasures sets could go there.

Good idea?

Luke, I think a misc. section would be really REALLY good. It's often difficult to find a movie in the DTV section. Maybe the Misc. section could have separate pages as well.

Is Young Black Stallion an IMAX documentary or is it actually a theatrical normal film?

I've said this before, but it would be kind of nice if there was a Touchstone page, as well. Maybe, but it'd be a lot of work.

An IMAX feature film. 45 minutes or so.

Good Idea, Bad Idea

Good Idea:

A Miscellaneous section for documentaries, compelations, and IMAX features.

Bad Idea:

Punching a light bulb on a lamp when it's been lit for 2 hours.

Sounds really boring, and I'm NOT going to see it if it's only 45 min., what a waste of time when you could waste classic Disney.

I would actually suggest including Treasures in this section (maybe all lumped together, regardless of release year) and putting TV shows on its all list instead.
