I'm coming upon the end of some TV shows on DVD, so depending on my progress, there will be a few posts by me in the next couple days.
I'm currently on the season 1 finale of Will & Grace. I never thought I would like this show as much as I do, and I can't wait to get to season 1. When I bought it back in August (used), there were a few scratches on one of the discs, that looked very minor, but apparently they are not so minor, since the ending of a few episodes wouldn't play. I think I will go back to FYE and trade it back in, and use that money towards season 2, and after I finish buying seasons 2 - 8, I will re-buy season 1 again so I can watch the end of the few episodes (on disc 2) that are affected.

I'm going to have to start that soon...xxhplinkxx wrote:Just finished Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season 2
Still love every second of this show.
I watched it while it aired, and stopped watching for some reason after about the second or third season. I recently picked up the Chosen Collection on Amazon's Deal of the Day (about 68 bucks or so...)

I was alternating discs on these two, and I finished Whose Line, but I started The Little Rascals Complete Collection instead of finishing Space: Above & Beyond.littlefuzzy wrote:I'm still in the middle of Whose Line is it Anyway? but I'm also starting Space: Above & Beyond - the Complete Series. I should finish both of them in a few days.
I'm wrapping up the last disc of S: A&B right now.
I still have 4 discs to go on that Little Rascals set.

It seems like all I'm doing lately is watching TV shows on DVD.
Charmed: The Complete Fifth Season - I liked this season. Not my favorite. I actually think it's my second to last in my rankings, following Season Two, which I didn't like much at all. I'm glad Paige killed Cole, as I HATED him so much. Ugh. I know he's a fan favorite, but I couldn't stand him. Piper is my favorite character, followed by Pagie, and then Phoebe. Phoebe is starting to get really annoying...

Tell me about it... I still haven't finished Jade Empire for the X-Box (I started it way back in January,) I've only watched 7 movies in January and one in February, but I'm finishing up my 16th TV season, ~305 episodes... I've also watched ~50 theatrical shorts, mostly Little Rascals.PeterPanfan wrote:It seems like all I'm doing lately is watching TV shows on DVD.![]()

I watched Margaret Cho's All-American Girl, and now I'm on the last episode of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer Season 1.

Home sick today, which gave me the opportunity to finish up season one of Will & Grace. I LOVED every minute of it, and can't wait to get my hands on season two! I hear the series gets better with each season.

Heroes: The Complete Second Season - Heroes S2 is probably one of the most bashed tv seasons of all time. That said, I really liked it. Do I think the first season was better than the second? Definitely. But had the second season had twenty-two or so episodes like it was originall supposed to have, it could have been better. Eleven episodes isn't enough for any TV season. Buffy's first season had twelve episodes, and only two are generally praised. I was shocked at Nikki and Nathan's deaths (or at least what looked like their deaths.) Is Season Three on TV now? I thought it was Season Four, but my friend who also watches the show said it came back from a winter hiatus. Could someone please clear that up for me?

I just finished watching season 1 of Twin Peaks today. What an amazing show!
That's really all I can say. Any attempt to describe it, or to tell what is so great about it, would ultimately fall short.
I must say FBI agent Dale Cooper, played by Kyle MacLachlan, must be the most sympathetic character I have ever seen in any tv series. And I wouldn't mind living in Twin Peaks. Is it just me, or are almost all women there extremely attractive? I mean, there's Joan Chen (Josie), Mädchen Awick (Shelly), Sherilyn Flenn (Audrey), Peggy Lipton (Norma), Sheryl Lee (Laura/Madeleine), Lara Flynn Boyle (Donna)...
I can't wait to watch season 2.
