RIP Ricardo Montalban

Post by buffalobill »

Another great one dead at 88. He starred in Spy Kids 2 & 3D & did voice work for 5 episodes of Kim Possible. He was probably best known as Kahn in Star Trek & as the star of Fantasy Island. RIP

Wonder who the 3rd celebrity will be?

Even though I know we'll lose another celebrity before long...

let's hope we won't hear any bad news for a while.

He was also in Escape From the Planet of the Apes and Conquest of the Planet of the Apes. Seemed like a great man and always reminded me of my Spanish grandfather (who hit 80 recently I believe). Sorry to hear that Ricardo has left us.

I am a huge Planet of The Apes fan. The funny thing is, my sister and I just finished watching all the Planet of The Apes film on DVD. My thoughts and prayers go out to his loved ones. Rest In Peace.

Another fine actor gone and who can forget some of his memorable roles: Armando in Escape and Conquest of the Planet of the Apes, the Zorro episodes, Khan, Mr. Rourke...

Sad to see him go.
