I'm not happy to see more doublespeak, Mason. From your e-mail of just a few minutes earlier: "I used reg postmail, so it'll take a while, he should get a day/2 after new year's forgot to put a trackin device." You either mailed it today or you're mailing it tomorrow. It can't be both. The same goes for your earlier posts, as Aaron pointed out, in which you thanked your Secret Santa for an unexpected present and later said you didn't open it.

As for the other two whose assigned recipients still have yet to report receiving anything, I would sincerely appreciate if you could reply to the e-mail I sent you last night.

I'm thinking these three outstanding exchanges need to be resolved (i.e. gifts received) by next Monday, January 5th, for bannings not to occur. This is quite unacceptable and really sours the whole process.

Luke, I didn't receive an e-mail, if you're referring to me.

I mailed my gift for the second time on December 26. I had originally mailed it on the 22, but it was sent back to me because I forgot to put my Cindy Lou-Who's state and zip code. The post office said it should be received no later than three days, but I haven't heard a reply from my Cindy Lou-Who, yet.

I went to pick up the mail this morning and... my secret santa gift was there!!! :D

Thank you so much Widdi for The Nightmare Before Christmas Blu-Ray. I've never seen this movie and it's the perfect time of year to do so! I also really enjoyed the nice card you sent me.

Oh and I don't mind the waiting... being a Canadian, I totally understand what you mean by "stupid Canadian Post Office"!!! :P I had troubles with them many times before!

Anyway, thank you so much Widdi and Merry Christmas to you and your family! :santa:

My secret santa gift arrived today, as well. I want to thank Daniel, known as PeterPanfan around here, for the CD, John Mayer "Where The Light Is: Live in Los Angeles" and the DVD "The Family Stone", one of his favorite holiday films (which I don't find tacky, I actually like this film! :) ). No worries about the lateness, it's the thought behind the gifts that count and I love the CD, I'm listening to it right now. It's a little late for Merry Christmas, but I want to wish you a very happy new year, with plenty of great experiences and opportunities awaiting you in 2009. :)

Cheers,

Wait, so The Family Stone is one of Panfan's favourites or one of John Mayer's favourites?

Bah, either way you'll get a healthy dose of a Hottie McHotHot named Rachel McAdams.

I'm so glad that gifts were received today! :santa: Once AwallaceUNC receives his gift from his not-so-secret-Santa, everyone will have been taken care of. What a relief!

I do want to stress the importance of having a gift reach a recipient by the holiday they celebrate. While I understand we have errant addresses and slow postal service to blame, the reason we start this so early is so that the unforeseen can occur and not leave someone ungifted by Christmas. We've been lucky to have the affected three be understanding about it. But it's still necessary to strive for punctuality.

One step away from a full success. Thanks all of you for making this happen!

Eh? I didn't put the state in the address of PixarFan2006's address either! Does this mean my card and second part of the gift might not be delivered!!?

They might be able to find out the location from the zip code (assuming you put it), but I don't know... :(

No, but they might send it back to you. However, if the zip code was written, it is possible that It will get delivered, but I am not 100% positive.

Gurgi, the third part of your gift still hasn't come to be me, yet, so I decided to just cancel it. After two misfires, I don't think I'm destined to get this thing for you. If you want to know what it was, look back at your wishlist post, particularly the part where you request two specific DVDs. I got one of them for you, and the other was what I've tried twice to get from Amazon marketplace. I'm just going to throw in the towel, though, after having the first order be a bootleg and the second be a no-show. I'm really sorry about that, but at least you still got two other things in the process.

:D :D :D Yessss! It finally got there! I hope you like it! Since you listed plushes in your wishlist I tried to find you one, and that Grumpy plush was adorable! There were Doc and Happy plushes in the store aswell, but Grumpy was the most attractive.

So didja get the card? Didja? Didja?

One outdated Christmas card!!

I got the card in the mail a few hours ago, Julian. It was nice, but I tried looking up online and I cannot understand the hair concept.
