If you've left the account for a year as you've said, your points are bye bye and they won't give them back.
Yeah, I read that. But I HAVE been signing into their site. I remember putting in a code for my birthday back in September and my points were still there. September is NOT 270 days ago, so I dunno.
I wrote to the customer service and will get a reply from them in the next 3 days, hopefully they will be able to clear up the problem.

Sounds like you definitely have grounds to get your points back. I'd give them a call Monday on their toll free number. They will be able to help you faster than 3 "business" days of waiting for an email response. Good luck.

I did the code entry for Wall-E, and I found the site with the coins, cards, and castle very bloated and needlessly complicated. The whole "turn your cursor into a key" system loses its novelty value very quickly, especially since people are not guaranteed a prize, even a pointless one.

By the way, since I'm not going to buy Tinker Bell, what is the fifth coin image that can be unlocked?

I guess it is a Mickey coin (I read that on another site).

Can anyone tell me where all the junk on WALL-E's ship is on the WALL-E site? I've looked and am always missing one piece of trash! I don't want to miss out on these 50 points. Please help!

I just redeemed a TLM skin for my phone. I'm a little curious, though, since my phone is an LG Chocolate and doesn't have a cover or anything, so I think the picture will basically just be on the back of the phone...but I don't know.

I was browsing the rewards catalog, and there are a bunch of new items since I had last browsed everything...I added the HSM3 poster, the Raven/Cheetah Girls CD pack, and the lunch tote to my wish list, which already had the Tarzan/Jim Brickman CD pack. I don't know if I'll ever have enough points for these things, though, what with me always getting the cheap rewards...

I am saving my points for a sculpture this time (and I really mean it. No more buying DVDs that I will not end up watching).

All the points I've collected over the past year or so are all gone!
Why?
I tried reentering the codes but they say they have already been submitted. Ugh.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I just got an e-mail from the Disney Rewards, and it seems I have TWO accounts. Apparently using my login name is different than using my e-mail address. (They both use the same password.)
They told me to e-mail them from the account I want to keep so they can transfer the 50 points from one account to the other.
I'm just thankful my points DIDN'T disappear.

I redeemed for a "CARS" Drawstring backpack. If its good quality, I might order a Princess one, too.
Disney Channel died when they stopped airing movies with Haley mills (Parent Trap and Pollyanna) and fun adventure movies like Swiss Family Robinson. R.I.P. the REAL Disney Channel. Date of Death: When the shows became teenie bopperish.

Okay, so far I have 550 points, and curious on what to plan to do with them. I'd sure like that WSS tour, but I don't think I'll have the cash to blow on Disney DVDs to get that many points... ever.

So, should I just splurge now on So Dear to My Heart, save up a little more for Rob Roy, or save up as much as I can to get Treasures of the Lost Lamp, which I joined the site for in the first place?

The Fighting Prince of Donegal, The Story of Robin Hood, and Kidnapped all look interesting, as well. Should I put any of these in my plans?

Has anyone's Bedtime Stories ticket stubs posted to their account yet? It opened 3 weeks + 1 day ago (on Christmas). I mailed my stubs in 3 weeks ago & it's supposed to take 2-3 weeks. My movie ticket points have always posted in that range before. I'm wondering if they're just running behind or if I'll need to contact them. I've got xerox copies to mail or fax in.

^The last tickets I mailed to them (HSM3 in Dec.) took a little longer to post to my account than usual. I would just give it another week before contacting them. They will probably post soon.

Damnit! I went on to Disney Movie Rewards today to get my collectible Maleficent, Aslan, and Tinker Bell coins - and the Aslan and Maleficent coins were sold out! I'm extremely mad at myself right now. I had all this time to redeem and I didn't! I never would have guessed they were going to sell out! GAH! :(

Yeah, same with me, I was only able to order WALL-E and Tink. What sucks the most though is that even though I unlocked all 4 of the coins it won't let me order the Mickey coin because I haven't ordered Aslan or Maleficent. :x

Oh, they do that? Sh!t! I was going to buy WALL-E just to unlock the Mickey coin but I guess it's pointless.

Grr. Still mad!

Well, I'm in a good mood! I had no idea So Dear To My Heart had been added as a reward, but thanks to the site's e-mail newsletter, I found out and also luckily had enough to order it right away! The points price was surprisingly low in my opinion! Of course, now I'm back to something like 150 again. Anyways, awesome, I can't wait to get it. I also am happy because Home on the Range is 10 bucks at Target this week, and it's probably the only Disney theatrical animated feature I don't own yet. I just hope the local Targets have some on Monday! They'll have to get a shipment too, because I haven't seen Home on the Range at Target in forever!

I AM a little annoyed at some of the benefits at Disney Movie Rewards though, because when things are free but require you pay shipping, I can't get them because I don't have a credit card (nor do I want one) and no one is taking money orders these days it seems. So, I miss out on not only those coins, but also the Zorro litho from the Treasures sets.

I wonder if the coins are really going to be all that collectable. it didn't seem to me that too many people got them. I don't know anyone personally who got all of them. I just wonder bc i have them all. Maybe someday i'll be able to sell them to a crazy disney collector for a lot of money!

... oh wait, i am kind of a crazy disney collector... nvm

I have a QQ (Quick Question): Is So Dear To My Heart contain extra DMR points seeing as it is listed to contain points under the DVDs that have points? Do you get my point?

I would really appreciate it if anyone has an answer to my QQ. I really would like to get this but it would be a super bonus if I got some points back.
