All I want is for them to release The Rescuers in a better DVD, after all it's my second-to-favorite Disney movie...

Tangela - I think you will be waiting awhile for another Rescuers. I believe it was the last non-platinum movie released. It will probably have to wait to cycle through again.

I do agree with you though, it was probably the second worst release on DVD. Only Pocohontas and its terrible transfer was worse.

I wouldnt be surprised if we have to wait until 2007 and HDDVD.

Tangela, what's up with the username change?

I haven't watched my Rescuers disc yet, so I dunno how it looks. I thought the Oliver one was terrible. But I want Pete's Dragon or B&B on ME. These, esp. Pete's, have a large cult following and a ME release seems appropriate.

I agree with Tangela.
The Rescuers should be on Masterpiece Edition.
It was great better then the sequel.

I think that

The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Hercules
Mulan
Treasure Planet
Rescuers

all these deserve a 2-Disc Masterpiece Edition (None of the ones that already have 2-Disc Editions)

p.s.All disney classics desrve amazing 2-disc (Collector/ Platinum/ Masterpiece...whatever edition) and never have another re-release
We need season sets of all DCOSs and all DCOMs on DVD! And Better Cover Art!

Yup. Pocahontas will be released as a two-disc May 2005 (some IDIOT decided to make us wait!) I can't wait for Lilo and Stitch Special Edition either. I'd buy a Mulan SE too.
Dragon, not lizard. I don't do that tongue thing.

Lilo: I'm not touching you!
Stitch: TOUCHING ME!
