The Lion King: The Complete Score

So I was looking around and had noticed there is a version of the complete score of The Lion King. It was on torrents and other downloading sites though, but it seems as there is a CD cover and some sites say 2 discs are in the cover. Did Disney release this or? Does Disney have any desire to release this? If not I may torrent it, lol. I was just wondering how these sites recieved the entire score and it hasn't been released. Thanks.

Looks like a bootleg. Didnt the Lion King DVD have an audio only track? (too lazy to go look) Someone probably ripped it off the DVD into mp3 files.

Oh, if it did I was unaware, how would you go about listening to that then?

It's not an audio rip from the DVD. Trust me, I know. These sorts of things get leaked fairly often. Typically, it's something someone involved in the film has and gets out intentionally or not one way or another. I have one for "Meet the Robinsons" myself.

That CD was given as a promotional item when Disney was re-releasing it for IMAX and Platinum years ago. Someone who works in the publicity industry must have gotten a hold of it and leaked it. That CD had the songs from the movie (with voices) plus the instrumental cues from the released soundtrack, and more score cues (underscore, sans dialogue).

I have created CD's of this for The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin. Mine were ripped from the rear speakers of the platinum dvd's. if anyone would like to download it, e-mail me

where can i get the MTR one? i only have the lion king unreleased scores..plus a few of mulan.
