In an exclusive chat with the Home Theater Forum (9/15/08), Warner Home Entertainment offically announced that Everwood Season 2 is slated for release in 2009.
There was no mention of music licensing or how many songs will be changed, but at least the release been heard from their mouths.
FYI, Murphy Brown and The Drew Carey Show (Seasons 2) still have no future plans of being released.

YES! YES! OH GOD, YES!!!
At this point, I don't give a damn if the music is changed or not(preferably not changed, and if it is, I hope they retain the theme song). I'm just glad to finally have the chance to get the second season on DVD!
