Ick. Is neither an option Ali? David is not attractive to me at all, and Posh is robot, so...

As my resident "Grace" says: "The Best way to know if your gay is to check your mouth and your butt. If there is a penis in either you're probably gay!"

I kid, I kid.

As someone who never really had any questions about being gay, I'm hardly the best person to go to for advice on what to do if you're questioning it. The best advice I can give is to try both on for size. Date a few girls, date a few guys and see what sticks. You're only 15, you've got your whole life ahead of you to figure things out. Just have fun and don't feel too pressured to conform to any specific sexuality at the moment. The teenage years are a time for experimentation; go forth and experiment!

'Bout the magazine's image

Today men's image has become so feminine and female had become so manly(skinny + no boobs=beauty...WTF?!) that it would be hard to decide

Ha, I don't find them attractive either. They were just the first "hot" Hollywood couple that came to my head.

But in all seriousness, I never really understood how someone could be confused about their sexuality. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's not something I can quite comprehend since I never experienced it, myself. For me I was just attracted to men over women, and it was as simple as that.

I'll post this here since frequenters of this thread are far more likely to care about it.

The first trailer for Gus Van Sant's Harvey Milk (the first openly gay man elected to any office in the USA) Bio-pic went online today and it looks awesome.

http://www.towleroad.com/2008/09/milk-trailer-no.html

I think this could be the movie to give "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" a run for its money at the 2009 Oscars.

Yeah, I don't find David or Victoria particularly attractive. I don't think they're ugly by any means, but they're just not really my type...I mean, I'm straight & don't have a "type" for girls, lol, but she's not the prettiest woman in Hollywood, IMO.

Yeah, I've heard about that. Isn't Lucas Grabeel supposed to have a part? :D And that guy from Spiderman, too. But of course they'll focus on his being gay more than his politics.

I'm gay and don't find David Beckham that attractive at all. Objectively, sure, he's a handsome man with a great body but the tattoos are such a turn off for me. I think they've ruined his body, imo.

Grabeel plays a young gay artist who helps with Milk's campaign and James Franco plays his partner. It also stars Josh Brolin as Dan White, a political rival and Harvey Milk's eventual murderer. (Hey, it's a bio-pic, that isn't a spoiler...).

And his being gay and his politics are one and the same. He ran on a platform of gay rights (and dog poop, but that's neither here nor there), and the trailer seemed to focus a lot more on his political life than his personal.

The reason for the trailers is probably because people would say "eeewwww gay flick" if it focused on that. The movie does sound interesting though.

And yes David Beckham is bleh on an extreme level. I really fail to see his appeal.

stewie15, you'll know your gay if guys are the only thing that appeal to you or turn you on. At your age you most likely honestly know where you stand but at the same time don't rush it, you have a long life to live and plenty of time to make up your mind. That being said if you think you are and you feel comfortable posting a comment like that online I wouldn't be surprised if you are.

Chalk me up for another one who is oblivious to the appeal of David Beckham. I know a few of my friends at the center are really crazy over him, but I don't get the appeal. I guess the really short buzzed hair and tattoos are what turn me off. :p

And thanks for posting that info on the movie, Widdi! I haven't actually heard of this movie, or even Harvey Milk before I looked more into about him today. It's a shame that a man who worked so hard for gay rights and to treat others as equals is barely talked about in schools even today. Even though in some aspects, society has seemed to have grown a bit broader about accepting, there's still a lot that seems to have changed little since 1978.

And stewie15, I would advise pretty much what everyone else here as said. I know the position you are in, and around the age of 14, I was starting to question myself, until I finally came to the decision I was gay. However, it still took me years to finally admit it to others, and I tried to bottle it up with years of denial and staying in the closet, which I would strongly recommend to avoid as it made me miserable. As others mentioned, I think it would be best to experiment first and find out which one you enjoy more, or both.

Stewie, I knew I was gay since like forever. Since I knew from the time I was like 7 or 8 that certain men and boys made me feel funny inside. Since I was more interested in listening to my girl friends talk about which guys they thought were cute and being bored out of my mind listening to my boy friends talk about sports. When I saw my first Playgirl (there were no gay magazines in my area of the Bible belt at that time in regular newstands) at the age of 13 and kept the image of that centerfold in my mind for weeks. I know it's different for everybody but there was never any doubt in my mind from my earliest memory that I was gay.

I remember an underwear advertisement in one of my mom's magazines, which was of a line of about 12 firemen with their pants down, that I kept for three months when I was around thirteen. I think that was the first thing I remember.

So maybe you're just bi or afraid of admitting your gay (I know some guys say bi just so it doesn't seem as bad to their family at the time)? I mean, if you're attracted to both, there's no reason you should limit yourself to only looking at one or another for a relationship.

I know I'm really late getting back to this, but I just noticed this while looking back through the thread.

I hope one day myself to get into acting as well, or writing, or possibly both as well.

Actually, I was planning on recording today my singing since I never have before, or have any videos of me doing a solo. However, I can't find my microphone that I usually use (the one that I used for the voice acting as well), so until either I buy a new one or eventually find it, it might have to be a little while. School's been swamping me with work already in the first two weeks, I'm having trouble finding a lot of free time already. :p

Widdi, I can't beleave you didn't pick this couple instead of Posh & Becks,

<a href="http://media.photobucket.com/image/brad ... .jpg?o=173" target="_blank"><img src="http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e210/ ... w.jpg"></a>

I'm bisexual but I would rather be with Angelina than Brad, I don't find Brad to be that attractive.

Angelina all the way... :) :D

BTW, off topic, but I was wondering...am I the only male who thinks that women are more beautiful with clothes than naked?

When I was a teen I was in my "curious" state, so I browsed through some porn sites. I honestly admit that I was more disgusted than aroused by the women in those sites.

Typically, a guy is supposed to like that. But not me. I just don't find women sticking stuff up their you know what sexy.

Also, I might be one of the few males that is attracted by personality, charm and smarts and not by looks. The girl can be ugly, but if she has a fascinating personality then I'm in.

I might be old fashion in this...
