You're right, it really does! I just wish the Borders near me had a better selection. The one near me has a HUGE selection, yet nothing good.PrincePhillipFan wrote:I bought it at Borders. It originally was 23.99, but with my Borders member rewards card, I saved 7 dollars and only had to pay 16. It pays to be a club member there.Chris wrote:Where did you find it at that price?

Well, I guess I HAVE to get a Blu-Ray player now!
I just picked up the Hannah Montana Concert Movie Blu-Ray at Target. I'm not much of a Hannah fan, but the prospect of 3D in Blu-Ray quality intrigues me (wish some of those Hilary Duff concert and video DVDs came out in 3D). I didn't own any 3D movies yet, and I imagine they might be more impressive on Blu-Ray. Also, I wanted to get it while it was on sale, and at Target it was only 22.99 or so.
So, I guess from now on, when there's a choice, I'll be buying Blu-Ray, though I will probably focus on the new releases and trying to get them at their premiere sale prices until I actually have a player to watch them on. Guess I'll be getting Little Mermaid 3 on Blu-Ray and hopefully Nightmare Before Christmas too, and Sleeping Beauty when it comes out. Going to have to get a player SOON so I can watch those! I'm hoping I'll have enough money for the cheapest PS3 by the end of September. This is good I guess. I didn't expect to convert so soon, but I didn't want to have to buy Mermaid 3 and the Tink movie twice either. Only, now a few of my very recent purchases don't seem like such good ideas. For example, I bought Bridge to Terabithia and Eight Below just recently, and the Elektra director's cut, and probably some others that are available in both formats. Glad I hadn't bought any of the Justice League DVD sets yet, because I noticed the first season is on Blu Ray now. Also glad I waited on Season 6 of Smallville...
Only dumb thing is, for quite some time, Blu-Ray won't look that special to me because I DON'T have an HDTV, ha, and that will probably be a while.

I absolutely LOVE Bear in the Big Blue House, and I'm 23! I miss it on Disney Channel- I would watch it most mornings! If I had the money, I would buy the DVDs! It's funny, because I can do a Tutter impression and Bobby (my husband) can do a Bear impression. Loads of fun.Dottie wrote:

The other day I went to Target go pick up Two and a Half Men: the complete second season because I had a raincheck from when it was on sale for $18.99, and it turned out they put all the seasons of Two and a Half Men back on sale for the same price! It was a bargain, considering when they're not on sale they're $34.99 - $36.99 (depending on which season). So I picked up seasons 2 AND 3, and after tax it only came to about $40!

That is awesome!! I (sometimes, depending on how my voice feels) I can do a Abby Cadabby impression. (She's on Sesame Street though)blackcauldron85 wrote:I absolutely LOVE Bear in the Big Blue House, and I'm 23! I miss it on Disney Channel- I would watch it most mornings! But a bear impression is awesome! You are very lucky to have such a great husband. My favorites characters are Pip and Pop though, and Ojo, because she has such cute feet.

Bought Little Mermaid 3 today with the free cup from Best Buy. Also got the Blu-Ray of Nightmare Before Christmas at Target. I'm about to watch Little Mermaid 3. Unfortunately, I don't have a Blu-Ray player yet, so I can't watch Nightmare yet.
Oh, I ended up with 750 points from these, so I ordered "A Tiger Walks" from DisneyMovieRewards!
