I have no clue. I don't really care to count how many Slip Covers I have as I don't care about my slip covers too much lol.

I have no idea how many standard DVD slipcovers I have, but I have seven Blu-ray: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe, Pixar Shorts, Ratatouille, Cars, and the three Pirates movies.

21/27 for the animated feature canon and 5/8 for the Pixar films. I usually aim to get the slipcovers for every Disney release and missed out on some of the Pixar ones.

I don't count them. Slipcovers are just a marketing gimmick to make Disney's DVD titles stand out from among other releases on overcrowded product shelves.

They're also rather repetitious and pointless to me seeing that they're basically a duplicate of the cover art.

I've bought most of my Disney movies pre-owned and some of them didn't even include the slipcovers.

I've been thinking about selling my slipcovers, if they have any value. I could probably fit a few more DVDs on the shelves if I got rid of the slipcovers.

Only two - "Cinderella" and "Finding Nemo". But I don't really care about them. What's important is that I have the films, slipcovers are there just to look nice and attract attention, they add nothing to DVDs.

Well the fact that Brother Bear was released without a slipcover kinda ruined the whole concept of collecting slipcovers for me. I am wondering if I should just buy the movies I still need to get without the slipcovers now.

Man Disney is evil!

Are these slipcovers even gonna be worth money in the future?

I find it plausible to believe that out of print DVDs on ebay with their original slipcover intact will go for more than those without.

Enough to know that slipcover fans worldwide would cry or faint from horror if I put them in a pile, poured petrol over it, took a match, lit it, threw it on the pile, then did a little dance around it hoping my sacrifice to the gods would make it rain.

None. All mine got tossed into a recycle bin a few weeks ago when I was downsizing my stuff so I'd have less to move when I leave the nest in October. They had just been sitting a vacuumed sealed bag in my dresser for (in many cases) years.

I probably could have made a few bucks by selling em to those of you who like slipcovers, but I couldn't be bothered with the hassle, but if you want I can tell you where my recycling plant is... XD

Agreed.

I also think that all of the shiny colors on the slipcovers are meant to attract little children and make them throw horrible tantrums in the store with everyone watching until you agree to buy that particular dvd for them. It's pretty embarrassing, and I speak from experience.......... I really hope disney will stop producing slipcovers...
