Lilo & Stitch.
Now I'm going to ramble as to why. lol.
I just love the film. It's just so warm and sweet, romantic as well as funny, and fun. And the watercolor backgrounds, the lush, simple feel of the animation. The unique setting, and the music, and the two leads themselves (Stitch is adorable, and has energy and edge; and I can relate to Lilo's quirkiness). And its themes of loneliness and family. I just latched onto the film, I guess, for various reasons...
I love a lot of Disney films, but this one is especially dear to me. I got interested in the film about six or seven months before it came out (due to the ad where Stitch invades Beauty and the Beast, which intrigued me when I saw it on Disney Channel), and ended up seeing it three times at the theater, and collected varioius memorabilia related to the film (plushes, soundtrack, the art book, stickers).
Not only my favorite Disney film, but my favorite film in general. It's also the Disney film (along with Fantasia 2000 before it) that cemented my interest in Disney animation.

Would be a close call between The Little Mermaid and Lilo and Stitch, but it changes on a regualr basis (really digging Atlantis right now).
