me and my friend are in a big fight over who's more evil. I think its no contest between the two (im not telling you which!) but we want to settle this thing. jeez.

Frollo, hands down. He's a bigot who throws people in jail just because they are gypsies. He chases a helpless women down on horseback and kills her on the steps of a church. He attempts to drown her baby. He only cares for the baby for his own selfish soul. He raises the child to hate himself. He enjoys watching people get tortured.
