It's a claymation show on Adult Swim. Alot of people say it's Christian bashing, but I think the lessons the show teaches about misinterpreting lessons and how we need to run our lives can apply to any religion really. Not to mention this show is REALLY REALLY FUNNY and SO AWESOME!!!
Anyway, if you're a fan, note that the show is going be cancelled after season three ends. I have a petition up and running so please sign. Yeah I know these online petitions are pointless but every little bit helps!

I won't miss it. It pretty much IS Christian bashing. That doesn't normally bother me. Despite being Christian, some such shows are funny, even to me (I realize how fanatical/hypocritical so many Christians are), and I love watching Adult Swim, but it seems that such a large percentage of comedy shows nowadays focus their attention on Christian bashing, and it's gotten to be more annoying than anything in my opinion. It's like every show thinking political humor is so funny. Ugh. I was at my friend's house and we were flipping channels, and he discovered an animated series based on the "Friday" movies, and what was the episode about? Condoleeza (sp?) Rice. Can't comedy be about anything besides politics, sex, and Christian bashing nowadays? Ugh. (and, yeah, I know other stuff gets covered, but that stuff seems to be constant) Anyway, as for Moral Orel, well, occasional Christian (and other religion) mocking on a show like Family Guy is one thing, but building a whole show around it, I just find that to be hate-humor.toonaspie wrote:It's a claymation show on Adult Swim. It's not so much Christian bashing, the whole thing is a parody of the show "Davey and Goliath", which is why my religious fifty-year-old mother can watch it and laugh.
"Ta ta ta taaaa! Look at me... I'm a snowman! I'm gonna go stand on someone's lawn if I don't get something to do around here pretty soon!"

Granted, the style is parodying the Christian show Davey and Goliath, but the humor (and the very idea of parodying such a show) is all about Christian bashing. But, to each his own. Definitely, Christian bashing has become the new accepted prejudice. There's always at least one, because the public has to tolerate at least one type of prejudice or the people will go nuts, ha.
Anyway, as for Robot Chicken. I always wanted to like it but so much of it just doesn't get a laugh out of me. Once in a while they do something really funny, but so much of it seems to fall flat for me. The shows I find the funniest on there are Family Guy, American Dad, Tim and Eric, Squidbillies (though, yeah, they do A LOT of Christian bashing, though it's done a bit differently and doesn't come off so angry), AquaTeens, and Stroker and Hoop. I don't doubt I've forgotten something. Used to really enjoy Futurama on there, and of course the much older stuff like Brak and Sealab 2021. I think I'd enjoy Fat Guy Stuck in the Internet if I got to see it once in a while. I did really like Saul of the Mole Men.
