I just found out about this and am quite excited. I made a copy for this for my mom when it aired years ago on the old Family Channel, but it was edited and is in bad shape. It's a Universal release, so I don't expect much for extras.
This was an incredible miniseries, with standout performances by Robert Conrad (yes, the man can really act!), Gregory Harrison, Richard Chamberlain, Lynn Redgrave, Timothy Dalton, William Atherton, Alex Karras, and many more.[/i]

Re: Centennial Releasing Next Week!
According to TVShowsonDVD, there's a featurette titled "Memories of Centennial, but that's about it. It also says that it's a 6-disc set, so I assume it'll be 2 parts per disc (hopefully not double-sided).LindaMYoung wrote: It's a Universal release, so I don't expect much for extras.
I've heard about the miniseries before, but never actually saw it, so I may blindbuy it in the future. The miniseries on DVD I'm looking forward to more is the Collector's Edition of Lonesome Dove that's coming August 5 (to both DVD and Blu-Ray!), as well as the complete War and Remembrance on October 28 (it's currently available in two volumes at $89.99 a pop, while the new release will combine both volumes together with an additional bonus disc - which may be the soundtrack - for only $129.99).
