Hey guys, the second season (can you believe it!) of the "Pussycat Dolls Presents" is about to air next Monday the 18th on The CW, but this time it's not for a new member, it's for a whole new girl group, called "Girlicious".
Original, huh? Destiny's Child, and Fergie have lost tons of credibility, right?
Well, it's gonna have more competitors, and will be a whole lot younger, so hopefully that'll get the viewers right!?
Ha, I'll watch when it's on in Australia, it's kind of like a companion piece to ANTM, in my opinion, moreso than Project Runway or whatever.
Here's some official info-

Season 2: Girlicious
It has been confirmed that there will be a new season of Pussycat Dolls Presents and this time it's to find a whole new girl group. This show will go on for longer with more contestants. Girlicious will end up with three members, the girls should be at least 18-28 as many fans want younger members[citation needed]. Girlicious will become a pop/RnB girl group, very much similar to The Pussycat Dolls. Melissa Reyes and Melissa Smith may have some role in the show but won't be part of the group whereas Chelsea Korka will not make an appearance at all. A special guest (apparently a male member of a group) will step in to provide the girls with advice on how to get along in a group.
The second season will begin on Monday February 18, 2008 at 9/8c with encore episodes on Wednesdays at 9/8c.
The new participants are: Alexis, Carrie, Cassandra, Charlotte, Charlye, Chrystina, Ilisa, Jamie, Jenna, Keisha, Kristin, Megan, Natalie, Nichole and Tiffanie.

I don't know why they're doing this, they should stop pissing around with shows like this and get a new album out  Besides, that Asia idiot that won season one quit by the time the last episode had aired, or just after. So really this is a waste of time for PCD, let Robin or w/e her name is run the show, but get the group back in the studio. The show looks interesting, at least more interesting than half of the shows I see nowadays. I'm done my long bitter rant now :)

Guys, the results have been revealed- Nichole, Chrystina, Tiffanie, and Nathalie are in the group "Girlicious". Their first single is on iTunes, features Jazze Pha and is titled Like Me. The clip of it, along with the clip to Stupid Shit (presumably another single) is also on iTunes, or can be found on YouTube.com
Their album will be released in June, almost competing against sister band Pussycat Dolls.

Stupid Shit- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6wEsPlI ... re=related

They're aren't doing too well in the US, but are doing really well in Canada, which is why their album will be released in Canada on the 16th of August, and in the US, at a later date.

I've heard nothing but negative reviews for "Stupid Shit", especially the video for it.

I find it ironic Girlicious is singing "Like Me" with it's lyrics like:

"you want to be like me, imitate me" etc. and yet they're essentially just imitating PCD and wanting to "be like them" :P
