List of Disney DVD's that had a recall or replacement???

Post by bjeong1381 »

I searched and couldn't find anything. I remember reading something about a couple the Walt Disney Treasures but can't find that. Any help that you guys can give me would be great. Thanks!

Should've done it with the Aladdin sequel box set to fix ONE of them. Decent dvd departments of better companies like Universal, Warner Brothers, Paramount etc.... do it but not Disney.

Wasn't it for Sill Symphonies that they offered a replacement disc?

Not exactly DVD, but they do offer a replacement for the POTC1 Blu-Ray.

More precisely: The More Silly Symphonies treasure, because of missing/incorrect elements going into the mastering process.

Is this still going on as I never got mine replaced? Is this the only dvd that it has been offered for from Disney.

As for POTC 1 on blu ray I have gotten that replaced. Thanks!

What was wrong with the POTC Blu-ray? I have it, but I haven't heard anything about there being a problem until now. And if there is a problem with my disc can anyone help in directing me to a form in which I can send it in (did it for the Legacy's and Silly Symphonies, but don't remember how). Thanks!

I don't own it, but I heard there were some major framing mistakes (like the Back To The Future DVDs).

Yes it was major framing issues which were fixed and you can get a replacement.

Just got off the phone with Disney and the only film that they have a replacement program for right now is More Silly Symphonies.
