Man, I've seen quite a few movies this week:

Wall-E- Absolutely loved it, totally adorable, funny, and great message about society today and what it might lead to.

Wanted- Wasn't too sure about this movie going in because I didn't know too much about it, but it was pretty kick ass and a fun ride.

Hard Candy- It stars Juno's Ellen Page. This was one twisted movie! If you've ever been intrigued by this film, definitely check it out.

Lars and the Real Girl- Amazing film!!! It was wonderfully written, another fantastic performance by Ryan Gosling, the rest of the cast was also great. Heartwarming story, perfect mix of comedy and drama. Everyone, watch this if you get a chance, PLEEEAASE!!!!

:D

I'm glad to hear how great it is...there aren't that many non-Disney movies that interest me, but this one has interested me for a while. I'll probably rent it!

Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie - I thought it was pretty funny, but it was a little too short.

That's because it's 20 minutes shorter than an actual episode of MST3K.

Wall-E- Very cute! I reall loved it, though it's not my favorite Pixar film.

Minutemen- Pretty good for a DCOM..

Snow Buddies- It was..cute..but extremely horrible the way they treated the puppies! :headshake:

Romy and Michele's High School Reunion- Hilarious! I loved every second of it, even Heather Mooney! Haha!

Jumper- Entertaining, but Diane Lane needed to be in it more, and the ending wasn't tied up together at all.

My Super Ex-Girlfriend- So boring and horrible I couldn't even finish it...

Sleeping Beauty
- I loved it, as usual!

The Pacifier - awful, I think we might have a winner for that "Disney's Worst Live-Action Movie" thread

Fools Rush In - charming and funny

Hotel Rwanda - touching, but it kinda feels like a TV movie

Les Rivières pourpres II/Crimson Rivers 2 - God awful

Jaws - I finally saw it, it has a couple of good and effective scenes, but I didn't like it much overall

Mars Attacks!

The star power in this movie alone is worth a watch and it is absolutely hilarious. Great Tim Burton designs and simply one of those movies that is loads of fun.

Alien Vs Hunter ( not the Aliens from the movie of the same name either)

Avoid this movie at all costs, I don't think I even made it halfway in it's that terrible.

Snoopy come home
Very cute and classic Peanuts humor.

Juno I watched the whole movie with the audio-commentary which was really funny and not as boring as others sometimes are.

Easy To Wed (1946) with Van Johnson, Esther Williams & Lucille Ball. Lucy's performance as Gladys stole the whole damn show and she looked absolutely STUNNING! :o

Last night: The Dark Crystal

It's amazing how good it still looks after all these years, despite the fact that they couldn't use CGI back than. The only thing that makes the movie look dated are the inexpressive faces of the Gelflings (except for the eyes), which reminds you that they are just puppets after all.

Sequel, do you know about the musical they're making based on it starring Julia Murney?

No, I had no idea. That should be interesting. I mean, on the commentary the girls kept on saying that the music and score (and where it was placed) were just essential for the film. I can't wait to here more about it. Thanks for the news.

Little Women The June Allyson version which I like best. I think it's way better than the new version with Wynona Rider and I could never warm to Katherine Hepburn in the role of Jo March.
The only weird thing about the 1949 version is Elizabeth Taylor's blond hair.

I am not sure if it counts as a movie, but I watched the MST3K version of The Skydivers last night. It had a few funny moments, but it was not really the best episode.
