According to this link: http://disneyshopping.go.com/webapp/wcs ... &langId=-1

The boutique will be released on June 13th. It says toys, apparel, and home decor which are the categories they sell at the Disney Stores for every "character."
14 inches is not exactly an "obnoxious" size, unless you're about as tall as a Smurf.

14 inches is barely over a foot tall, and is a fairly standard size for the regular core plush that Disney Store carries. However, Disney Stores are also currently carrying 21-24-inch plush Pooh, Stitch, Eeyore, Rex, Sulley, and Nemo (who is actually 32 inches long) for $39.50. It's possible stores might get a Wall-E plush in that size scale as well. We've also had huge bean bag chair-like plush for Emile (Rattatouille), Kaa (Jungle Book, and a plush that's over 12-feet long), Lucky (Dalmatians), and that red rocket from Little Einsteins. It'd be cool if we got that for Wall-E too.

This week we also received some MBBP (mini bean bag plush) of Wall-E and EVE. They're $6.50 each or 2 for $10. We also got some Wall-E kids windbreaker jackets, but I didn't think to check the price.

I really don't get the June 13th street date on the movie product. That's barely a 2-week window before the movie. I only worked 5 hours Thursday and 3 different guests asked why we didn't have any Wall-E stuff available yet. It sucks to tell them they have to wait 2 more weeks, especially since I hate losing the sales.

Meet some of the characters from Wall-E.

So does anyone have any idea if Wall-E will be on IMAX?

I will be seeing Wall-E on June 12th at Pixar's Animation Studios. It's an event for charity. I have to sign a confidentiality agreement before entering, so I'm not sure how much I will actually be able to share with UD (if anything), but I'm just very excited to see this movie AND to see Pixar. It looks awesome based on bonus features on their DVDs.

Well, goofystitch?! What did you think! I'm anxious to read your review!

I can't believe this is coming out this Friday! I probably won't get to see it until Saturday or Sunday. I hope, at least to see it this coming weekend! I'm so excited to see it!

The few reviews I've read for it have called it a "masterpiece", "Pixar's best", and "Amazing...gasp inducing!"

Who is planning on going on Friday? Who is going on Saturday or Sunday?

I've only read one bad review from someone who saw an early screening. Other than that nothing but great reviews.

Going to try to see it soon.

I'm taking all 5 of my kids to see it on Saturday, the earliest showing.
I hope the movie turns out as well as it seems! I'm totally excited.

I thought it was amazing! I'm not really allowed to say much more than that until Friday, but I'll post my opinions about it then. I can say that I agree with the reviewers who call it "Pixar's best."

I'd like to express how positively mad I am about the stock of merchandise for this movie as well.

Toys R Us: They always have their stock for new Pixar movies.
Target: no Wall-e stuff except for two books and the video game, not even the soundtrack!
Circuit City: No soundtrack!
Best Buy: They did have the soundtrack and I am glad the other stores didn't have it because I came here last and I got a free ticket to Wall-e! For those who don't know, Best Buy has a list of Disney movies, games, and soundtracks you can buy and you'll get a free ticket.

I heard that WalMart and Target had to choose between Speed Racer or Wall-e toys and they chose Speed Racer. :(

Did you look in the isle with the iDogs? They have the iWall-e there. I bought one. Really cool item. It cost $19.99. He dances to the music on the iPod or his own music. He also has a voice activation mode where he talks and stuff. :)

That is really exciting!! With the exception of Cars, I thoroughly enjoy all of the Pixar films, but I have a really good feeling about this one. I think this one might soar toward the top of my list. Really looking forward to seeing it on Friday.

I saw two at the Disney store...it is (I can't believe I'm saying this) hideous. Since Wall-e is a robot, the plastic version is more appealing.

That one is not as bad as the Disney Store one and I love how he transforms!

I forgot to tell what the lady at the cashier said to me at the Disney store. "I know we don't have much Wall-e stuff, but we have a whole wall of Camp Rock!"
I don't want Camp Rock merchandise! I turned my camp rock shopping bag inside out because it was so embarrassing. :(

I really want that plush of WALL-E (and EVE, too, I suppose). I've been looking forward to WALL-E since the barest of details were released and it's so amazing that it's about to come to theaters. I just hope I'm not disappointed. :(

I'm excited about this movie. I think robots are marvelous. I plan on making a WALL-E and Eve music video and know of a love song that's just perfect for one. When I watch the movie, it'll be fun taking notes of WALL-E and Eve moments to use in my music video. ^_^

I got my ticket for the midnight showing! :D

By the way, it's fun to see people defending the two rotten reviews for Wall-e! Apparently the first guy who gave it a rotten had 59 or so comments and "accidentally" deleted his review and posted it back up. Too bad for him because now he has 5 times the comments!

I will see it with a friend (since my boyfriend doesn't want to come... but I'm still trying to convince him to come with us! I'm sure he would love it!) but she is not in town for the weekend so I have to wait next Tuesday to see it!

I would have prefered to see it on opening night but hey... at least Tuesday is the cheapest night of the week to go to the movies here! ;)
