Yea, that's what I was thinking too, that it was waaay too early to have HSM3 promos...

Hmm, I wonder what it was that I saw then, lol. Maybe it WAS a promo for cheetah girls? Who knows, with me- it could have been anything.

I've seen something like that online, but what I meant was that at the time of Vanessa Hudgens' picture scandal, there was not any advertising of HSM3, since that happened in September (according to Wikipedia), so that happened just a month after HSM2 aired.

Read at your own risk. If you don't want to know anything about HSM3, then do not read.

My best friend lives in Utah and is an extra in High School Musical 3. Today they filmed the end of the movie and all of the characters revealed what they were doing post high school.

Apparently the musical happened and then graduation followed. As the seniors came out on stage, they announced what was happening to them. Troy gave a speech and they all did some dance. The speech was in audible to the extras though.

+Troy wants to major in Theatre and Basketball so he ditches his best friend Chad and goes to Berkley. When he announces he is going to Berkley instead of University of Albuquerque a fight emerges between Chad runs off pissed. However, they all are happy in the end so I'm guessing they make up.
+Troy's hoe, Gabriella goes to Stanford. Of course, love prevails over all and the two are only 30 min drive away from each other.
+Sharpay takes over the drama department at East High. How she managed that without a college education, no one will know.
+Ryan does a huge musical number in East High's musical and Juilliard offers him a scholarship. Apparently Kelsi is going too for music.
+Chad goes to Albuquerque to play basketball, without Troy.

That's all he remembered.

They of course win the Basketball state championship and a new kid, last name, Jimmie "The Rocket" Zara shoots the winning shot. He is a sophomore in high school and is one of three new charatcers they have.

Troy falls down during the basketball game and everything goes slow mo and everyone freaks out wondering if he is hurt. Of course he isn't hurt at all because he is "manly" Troy Bolton.

Another new character is from the UK, Tiara, and is also a sophomore. She is basically a new Sharpay. They have a sing off/brawl during the musical. Also, The Rocket is wearing some cologne and Sharpay is apparently allergic to it so she runs off stage and is pissed off.

They had to shoot the prom scene again because everyone looked too young in the background. The casting for the extras was shit and whoever did it casted all 14 year olds.

Of course all of this is predictable. He did comment on how the camera work was going to be really good and the songs are very catchy, but the story line may not be good at all.

From the time that I first read that there would be a song in HSM3 actually called "High School Musical", I have thought that that is kind of a corny name for a song in one of the HSM films. But apparently there will be (highlight to read this potential small spoiler) a high school musical (like an end-of-school musical) in the film, so that might explain it, but still, I have mixed feelings. I know I'll LOVE it, though!!!

It's kinda thought how nobody didn't do what he want to until Gabriella and Troy decided to sing in the musical.

Did yall know Ashley Tisdale is gonna be in an ABC Family movie on July 13th.. Just saw the commercial the other day, it looks good, typical teen rom com guilty pleasure..She's certainly been busy lately!!
