Sure I will..... although I've been thinking perhaps an award with the most medical problems e.g. Me having 2 Hernia Surgery and having a colonoscopy all within the same year (2007) and staying in hospital.... If it wasn't for my PSP I would never be able to get online and through all UD Forum members prayers and thoughts... I have overcome those (although now I am recovering from a staff infection in my foot from a Splinter that got in my foot.....so my right foot looks like a foot ball......

Better get going... theres a thunderstorm tonight and I gotta shut down the computer and there was just a big KABOOM of lightning!! I will be working on my signature to campaign for Worst Health for an UD Forum member to occur in a year...(though I might have a competitor who deserves the award just much as me.......)

Or would you have to consider which category(or categories) to do, then have people submit nominees for them? No, you don't need to come up with nominees. If the Special Category we end up going with is one that requires voting, I'll open it up for submissions on the forum. Thanks for your email.

The sympathy card - hmmm - good angle. As it happens, I has diagnosed with a hernia last week two. Unfortunately, it is only a single hernia. So what was the surgery like? I have never gone "under the knife". Had a colonoscopy a few years ago - more yucky than painful.

Escapay - a guy in a sandwich board was really more than I had in mind for campaign manager anyways - your hired.

Judging from my initial campaign speech I could also go for worst speller of the year, although I would have plenty of competition there.

Behold my siggy campaign (shamelessly ripped off yours)!
A challenge? I love a challenge! But I've got that Hilary Clinton fighting spirit JC, even if I don't get nominated I'll campaign for a "write in candidate win".

XD

Love the siggy by the way.

Isn't there an award for "most modest and un-narcissistic UD users" here !

I don't think anyone up there would get nominated !

We can nominate one person for many avatars or signatures in those catagories, right (like if Person X has 2 avatars that I want to nominate, I'll just nominate Person X, not nominate Person X for Avatar 1 and then nominate Perxon X again for Avatar 2, right)?

I think I know the answer, but I wanted to double check.

Thanks! :)

Also, we're not allowed to nominate avatars that debuted before 5/8/07, right? Even if it made a come-back after 5/8/07?

1. You're right, Amy. For the avatar and signature categories, you nominate a forum member, not a particular avatar/signature. So if a certain member has had 5 avatars that you love, you nominate just that person and not their multiple avatars.

2. You may nominate a forum member based on any avatar, since you are nominating the person. It's up to you whether you want to reference specific avatars when you send in your nomination for the person. To answer your question, though, you should be considering avatars that appeared after 5/8/07 (however, if an avatar originally appeared prior to that date but has been used since then, that's fair game).

Yes I though of DVDJunkie.... He would be a great competitor.... My gut surgeries VS his Foot Surgeries..... That why I said I am only 21... and I was born with a Bilateral Cleft Lip and Palate (just do a yahoo or google search on that and thats pretty much what I looked like when I was born so I have gone under the knife when I was only 2 weeks old......

Mr. Toad: Actually The Hernia came back so thats why I had a 2nd Hernia surgery.... In the second surgery I had they put this Mesh patch over the hernia (mine was in my bellybutton) But once you wake it up the place where the mesh patch they put over your hernia could hurt for about a week....
