Boo Urns. But I'm glad everyone else enjoyed it.

Sure finished quickly though, considering there were 35 attractions.

Awww, too bad Mansion didn't win, considering I think it's an example of classic Disney Imagineering at its best - Marc Davis's gags, Claude Coats's backgrounds and set design, and Yale Gracey's effects. Oh well, at least Splash Mountain is still a very good attraction in itself, and deserved to win. :)

I think it's rather unfair to judge the ride based on the movie, considering it's nothing like it, other than the fact they included some graveyard scenes from the ride, and used the character of Madame Leota (who's also a lot more omnious in the ride, and not the annoying Jennifer Tilly. Plus the ride's version is voice by Eleanor Audley who also did Maleficent's voice). I think most fans of the HM ride will tell you that they hated the movie, and that the ride is leagues better. Sorry, HM geek rant there. Being a fan myself, I personally though that they could have done so much more with the movie. :p

Also, if you're interested, I highly recommend looking around this site for more info on the ride and seeing how different and better it is than its movie counterpart. It's like the ultimate fan site for the ride:
