Mulan.

The Little Mermaid (Re-release in 1999 I think).
Lady and the Tramp (They brought back a lot of Disney films to theater).
Brother Bear.
Pirates Of The Carribbean:Dead Man's Chest.
The Emperor's New Groove.
The Lion King (IMAX version).
Pixar:
A Bug's Life.
Monsters Inc.
The Incredibles.

That might be it actually. Wow. I do have a vague recollection of having seen Snow White at the cinema but I'm not quite sure how that's possible unless I accidentally stumbled into a time machine as a toddler.

The rest I think I may have but I am not sure:

The Little Mermaid ( I was about 4 or 5 when it came out)
