Kill Bill Delay???

Post by Sulley »

For a long time the DVD release date for Volume 1 of Kill Bill has been February 3rd, to promote the theatrical release of Volume 2 on the 20th. However, some sites are saying that Volume 2 has been delayed until April and that Volume 1's DVD has also been delayed. I would be skeptical except for the fact that Amazon has Volume 1 up for pre-order on April 13. Does anyone know for sure?

Wowm this is news to me, but I have a friend at Suncoast, who I could ask, he is very knowledgable, and he might know, so I'll ask him. :)

I believe the delay was in reference to the UK copy.
I think there is an article on http://www.dvdtimes.co.uk/ about it..

Hope this helps... :)

Actually, I can now confirm that it has been delayed until April 13.

See my piece on DVDBits.com for details...

Holy Crap! That's EXACTLY the type of release moviefans of a film like this need!!! I think I've already stressewd how much I loved this film, and I believe it's extremely unfair that America won't get this.

You never know, something groovy in the way of a Volume 1/2 DVD set might come out...

But that box (above) is too cool for school... (to quote another Quentin film...). 8)
