I was surfing YouTube today and found a pretty cool clip that made me a little nostalgic. I thought I'd share it here:

I have been looking for a copy of this program for a while with absolutely NO success. If anyone has any thoughts/memories/etc. they would like to share about this program, hopefully there might be someone out there who has a copy of this program.
If anyone ever finds any leads on how to get ahold of this movie let me know. Otherwise, share your thoughts on this long forgotten remake.
NOTE: there was a sequel called 'The Absent Minded Professor: Trading Places'. Not only have I never seen it, but I have absolutely no clue what it was about. Any help with that one would be greatly appreciated too!!!!

I remember the first one (like you, I know nothing of the sequel.) I've enjoyed all three "Absent-Minded Professor" films: The original w/ Fred McMurray and the "Son of Flubber" sequel, Flubber w/ Robin Williams, and the Harry Anderson TV version.
I would like to see this remake on DVD, hopefully in a 2-pack with the sequel.
I remember the talking computer that he had (or was that Flubber?)
I also liked the Love Bug TV remake that came out about this time, with Bruce Campbell... That's another one I'd love to see on DVD.
