Well, I consider "Dear Friend Kristen" a true Masterpiece since I have to say I worked on it really hard.
I didn't spend much time writing about Sarah because if you read them you'll agree that they're indeed Masterpieces.
Different Opinions.
Edit: The Fountain of Living Waters was the first book I've ever written but Dear Friend Kristen is my "Masterpiece".

It's funny, because whehn reading the synopsis of "Clear Fountain" I thought this definately sounds like a potential Disney story. I guess you have to read the others, but trust me I know what it is like when you are tired and you can't quite get you're idea fully expressed. I think if the Clear Fountain is published, it has potential for being a very nice story. A new never heard of fairytale. I think we need more of those in today's society.
PS Good Luck and Keep writing!!!

Listen sister, not to kill your enthusiasm, but I write books & screenplays - I have been for years. I, nor any other writer I've been assosiated with, has referred to their own work as 'masterpieces' or 'classics'. I can understand a writer being proud of his/her work, but right now you're coming across as a bit arrogant to me.Tangela wrote:Well, I consider "The Clear Fountain" a true Masterpiece since I have to say I worked on it really hard.

I don't want to step in the middle of something here.
All I want to say is that I'm a writer, I've had some of my work judged by professionals, made the finals, nothing special... but more importantly I like what I write. Actually, I think some of my best stuff comes out of an attempt to improve on what I have. I'm never completely satisfied with what I have, although sometimes I can sit back and admit that it is good.
I don't think I'd ever call my own work a masterpiece, though.
Ok, sure I have called it that to my friends, but they KNOW I'm an arrogant self-involved kind of guy.
Not that I'm suggesting anyone here is!
Sometimes a healthy dose of confidence in your own work is a good thing.
Ok, joining Philip as I back out the door whimpering...
Nobody weeps for Loomis as he falls into a hole he created for himself.

I'm not trying to be arrogant, but I just enjoy judjing my own work. Believe me, the only book by me that has been read by over 10 people is "Sarah", everybody would say it was a very good story, but I would say "No it isn't..."
I classify my books as Masterpieces and classics from my own point of view, readers, however, might have a different opinion, that's the way it goes...
By the way, don't call me sister, I know my nickname is "Tangela" but I would actually be "brother". I'm a boy...I'm a fan of Pokemon (besides Disney) and I really like Tangela.

PrincePhillip wlaks back into the room now, as he is kind of a writer himself, and wants to join the club.
He has written a few short stories, won an award, some state thing or something, for his story "Alien" in the fifth grade, and started a soap oprah last year, that was, w/o trying to be arrogant, pretty damn good, only going by outside comments
. Some really good original storylines, lot's of drama, and contreversy. Any how...
Unfortunatley Phillip suffers from the curse, of patchy story telling, wjile he can elaborate on one thing he can not on other, and unfortunatley dialouge is not one of his strong points, although he was able to compose that piece for drama
.
PrincePhillip doesn't know why he keeps talking in the third person, as it is not like him, but he will stop now.
Tangela, thanks for clearing that up.
The name was a little misleading.

Yeah, I alway thought that if you take Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and the Rescuers, mix'em up and you got my very own "The Clear Fountain".
Ok, I got my energy back, I'm ready to talk about Theresa's Quintuplets and Pet Rescue:
T's Q: Theresa was used to her regular only child life, but everything changes when her mom tells her she is going to have quintuplets. Theresa is excited because she is going to have siblings to play with. Yeah right! Theresa is put to take care of the babies when the parents have to leave to the cityfor two weeks.Of course, Theresa's parents called a babysitter to help her. A woman named Vanessa captures the babysitter on her way to T's house and takes her away. Vanessa then shows up at Theresa's as the new babysitter. Later Vanessa kidnaps the infants while Theresa is asleep. Will Theresa get her siblings back?
PR: Lauren is an 8 year-old girl who deliver news papers. One day while duing her labor she finds out that she needs a new bike. On the Pet Rescue Center in the village she sees a sign that says "Assistant Needed We pay good" The lady at the center offers Lauren $20 for her help. Lauren easily accepts since she knows that in 3 or 4 weeks she'll be able to buy a new bike. During her three weeks she does fine and earns enough money to rent a bike while she gets enough to get one of her own. In the fourth week, Lauren was about to return a cat to her owner when she lose's it. She decides not to tell anybody about it and quits her job feeling bad since she lost "Mittens" and the chance to get a new bike. How will things turn out for Lauren?
Only one more to go! Later...
