Lady Tremaine scared me to DEATH when I was little.

She and the Old Hag/Queen from Snow White.

Hmm...I think that's it.

Oh wait! That lady that fed the birds in Mary Poppins scared me to no end before, haha! :P

That chase scene in the forest from Snow White freaked me out (stills does)...

Though the scariest would be the scene where Aurora is like totally possessed by Maleficent and just disappears out of nowhere walking toward the spinning wheel... the music is just chilling.

Beauty and the Beast- When the beast frightens Maurice. I used to cover my eyes while watching that when I was little.

Snow White- When the old hag fell off the cliff. It's just so creepy.

Disney Scenes that Traumatized/scared You

Post by DisneyJedi »

Well...... I'm pretty sure you know where I'm going at this.

My Disney scenes that traumatized/scared me upon first sight would have to be these.

1) The fireplace scene from Sleeping Beauty

2) Ursula's chesire cat-like grin at the camera in The Little Mermaid

3) The death of Bambi's mother

4) The scary forest from Snow White and the Seven Dwarves

5) The deleted "Dog Fight in Vegas" scene from Bolt (Anyone who has seen this scene will probably know where I'm going at with this.)

I was scared by the Evil Queen and by Ursula. They repelled me from those movies until I was, like, 11.

As I can remember...

(with no specific order)

- The Forest from Snow White
- The Coachman from Pinocchio when his face turn red and his eyes green
- Also from Pinocchio, the scene Lampwick turns to donkey
- Bambi's mother death
- The bear from The Fox and The Hound (this one didn't let me sleep)
- The beast when he first mets Maurice
- Scar killing Mufasa

I think the main are these ones...

The only one I can think of off top my head was from Bedknobs and Broomsticks. It was during the soccer game. The alligator/crocodile's teeth flew out of his mouth and that scared me as a kid.

I've actually been rarely scared of Disney movies when I was a kid, but that damn sea witch, Ursula, scared the crap out of me when I was a little kid! Seriously, that Chesire Cat-like smile she made at the camera before she cast the spell was enough to make me go running out of the room! :(

However, the one scene that traumatizes me now is the Dog Fight in Vegas deleted scene from Bolt. I know it doesn't count, but it freakin' traumatized me enough to the point that my heart almost shattered. Poor Bolt......

I know you guys will laugh at how cheesy this is ,but it's a scene in beauty and the beast that frightens me at the beginning after the opening credits the music that plays when the castle is showing and the picture of beast as a human scares me so much and still dooessss...

Any close-up of the old hag from Snow White. Those bulging eyes freak me out. I still do double-takes every now and then.....

The entirety of Alice in Wonderland scares me A LOT. I think I watched it once as a child and cried. I re-watched it a couple of years ago and I'm still scared (even at 21). I think I'm mostly terrified of something like that ever happening to me.

I remember the scene from

The Hunchback of Notre Dame- when Frollo is singing & there's statues & fire all around him.

When I was younger I didn't really understand what was going on, I just knew that it used to put a chill down my spine.
I watched it the other month & now that I am older it makes seance to me & it is not scary any more but I can still see why it used to be.

these scenes in

Snow White- The forest and when the queen puts the apple in the cauldron.
used to scare me a little

and...

Beauty and the Beast- when the wolves surround Bell.
They looked so fierce & determined to eat Bell, I thought she was a goner for sure! lol
If you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
Romans 10:9. 2 Timothy ch2 v 19, “ Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness”.
