Question about a little Mermaid song called "One Dance&

This song was on the cheesy little CD Disney used to put out with the Platinum Edition DVDs. This one was on The Little Mermaid And Friends CD. Now was this really a deleted song from the movie?

The Platinum DVD of Little Mermaid made no address to this song. I could be wrong but I don't think so.

I really loved this song!

But from the way it sounded, it was made after the movie. I think the real question is if it were for the television series, or it's newly made.

It's not from the movie. Jodi Benson recorded it recently!

My copy also came with a small cardboard box, which the DVD was kept in, and the info was listed as follows:

I'm pretty sure it was, as Poody mentioned, recorded recently (2006, when the Platinum Edition was released).

Yes, I read into those details, as Vermin Friends described!

You can also tell by the sound of Jodi's voice. Her voice is still beautiful, but she's getting older. I like the song though... hmmmm now I wanna look around for my CD!

It would have been great if they added that into the film like they did with Human Again!
